This mall is great. We found a large amount of stores (Refreshing since so may malls are dead). They had you normal stores but other stores like Lego, Amazon, Flip Flop, Disney were nice to see. The food court is well stocked and socially distant. The parking is covered in parking decks which is great in the rain. Everything looked clean and up to date. The location is just off the expressway. We loved shopping there.

great selection of stores, but not the best prices. The mall is wonderfully decorated for the holidays. There appeared to be plenty of security around for safety. There are a ton of restaurants in the mall as well. Parking is horrible though on weekends and traffic is bad unless you go as soon as they open. I will visit this mall again but it's worth it to drive 30 mins to the outlets close by also for better prices.

The mall was fine, however, I was not happy with the experience at the Apple Store. I understand that precautions need to be made with COVID-19. However, I only wanted to go up and look at the windows of the Apple Store to see the products that were displayed. The security guard stated "I was not allowed to do that" and to "make an appointment." Make an appointment just to look through a window? That makes no sense. To make matters worse, she stood in front of me so I had to try to look through a window about 8 feet away. I live nowhere near an Apple Store so I was looking forward to seeing the latest products offered and this stance was very off putting. I did not appreciate this.

Not sure why this mall got rid of the police officers in the mall when this was a well taken care of mall and now because of new management we get all kinds of customers think they can get away with things. This mall does is heading for the worst.
