Parking is horrible. It took my almost 30 minutes to find a spot and get to the store. This was a normal Saturday afternoon, in February, no special events.
Most of the spots in the garage are designated as C, meaning compact. And they are really, really tiny. There aren’t even numbers or letters because it’s so small.
I can’t say anything about the mall itself, it’s looked clean with a nice selection of stores, but I didn’t spend any time there, and won’t be back. One thing though, the store directory display sucks, it is touch-free, but the selection doesn’t work. Either the map only shows your area, or if it zooms out you can’t read the names. Searching by name doesn’t work either.
Parking is a disaster, there simply isn’t enough. Leaving wasn’t much better.
Why didn’t they add a few floors to the garage while they are at it?

The mall was fine, however, I was not happy with the experience at the Apple Store. I understand that precautions need to be made with COVID-19. However, I only wanted to go up and look at the windows of the Apple Store to see the products that were displayed. The security guard stated "I was not allowed to do that" and to "make an appointment."
Make an appointment just to look through a window? That makes no sense. To make matters worse, she stood in front of me so I had to try to look through a window about 8 feet away. I live nowhere near an Apple Store so I was looking forward to seeing the latest products offered and this stance was very off putting. I did not appreciate this.

Very nice mall, lots of great stores and food spots. Pretty decent sized mall. They had a cute photo display I think from Valentine’s Day. Loved the popsicle place!

This review is 100% on the parking as there are plenty on the mall itself. It’s a nightmare, maze and you can only hope to get out within an hour if you’re lucky (obviously I’m exaggerating in the time but i did sit for 27 mins to get out the other night). My suggestion is do NOT park in front (Glenwood ave side) as you will be amazed at the “round about through their unorganized maze” to exit with one lane and only 1 light change every other change.
Park in back!!! Get the extra steps, who doesn’t need a little extra exercise, it’s not that far and easier exit.
Good luck! Mall is still pretty good after all these years- North face alone is exceptional!!!

It took us 45 minutes to leave this mall parking lot from Belk's shopping area. Whoever designed the parking areas and the egress was probably on major drugs. Mind you this wasn't Christmas or Black Friday, it was Valentines weekend.
Even though they have lots of stores and restaurants and it is a very nice mall the parking and leaving issues make this a one and done. Never again!!!

Easy access from highway, ample free parking, nice variety of food court places as well as full service dining in and around mall, free wifi, every store you want (except Nordstroms).

If you are looking for a welcome alternative to bars & restaurants Downtown, this is the place to go. Easily reached by the CAT (6 bus) @ $1.25 one way. Bus drops you off / picks you up in the parking lot. Shops open at 10am, beware only at 12 noon on Sunday's! All the shops you want, with a few gems thrown in too.

Home of the 4 foot parking space!!! You would have thought it was the day before Christmas, not some regular Saturday! Clearly this place only thought of how many overpriced mall stores they could pack into a small area, with no consideration to room for adequate parking spaces!
Avoid this mall, unless you want to waste money and ride a bike!!!

Visited during nice weather break in harsh winter. Cooped up locals with cabin fever overwhelmed mall, particularly the corridors and popular stores. Parking areas and driveways very poorly designed. Would only return if I had to and never on weekend.
