The rose garden is gorgeous when the roses are in bloom and I would highly recommend anyone check out this little gem if they are in the area. I live in Raleigh and this is one of my all-time favorite spots in the city.

Great little garden that has a lot of roses all over and several spaces to just relax or have a picnic. I come here every Sunday for taichi in the park. Nice atmosphere and relaxing most days.

I found out about this place on RDU Baton and had to check it out! It's super cute and it was fun walking around and checking out all the different variations and colors of roses. Staff was setting up for a wedding when we were there so they host events as well! There are benches around and could be a... More

This garden is a beautiful spot in downtown Raleigh. Its a nice walk from NCSU and gives a little peace and quiet to the area. The roses are beautiful, in and out of season, and the grounds are fun to explore. There is not very much shelter, so be careful if it rains. Overall, a lovely place to visit.

Very nice small garden in an urban setting. Nice to visit at any time of the year, but especially when the roses are in bloom.

I've been here a few times and it's an alright place to spend some time outdoors. Sometimes there are children's events like plays and live music which is nice, but other than that it's pretty meh. I like to throw some frisbee and hangout a little when I'm in the area, but I don't make special trips to come here.... More

Amazing that no one has commented on Tripadvisor before. History abounds in this great hall where late actors like Andy Griffith stood on this stage. This small sized performance hall over flows with current talented actors. The venue allows the guest to experience Broadway shows in a setting that brings the audience into the story. The community based theatre brings... More

If you want a relaxing place to visit this is it. The rose garden is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Great place to take out of towners. Even my kids love going. Must go at least once... I'm sure you'll end up going more.
