Once again, my grandson is enjoying his week at Dead Broke Farm horse camp. Yesterday he got to help feed the horses, and he loved that. He has developed a love of horses, and it stems from this camp. I’m sure he’ll want to come back next year. I recommend this camp – a great experience!

The half day with one trail ride was the perfect amount of time for her. She made friends with other campers and enjoyed the staff and horses. She is excited to go back... More

My kids really enjoy this camp because of the hands on contact with the horses and other animals and unstructured time each day. We've been coming for years. The pictures done during camp week are fantastic.

Went for an anniversary trip on a 2 hour private ride with my husband. Art was our guide - nice, funny guy who made the trip really relaxing. My husband's last horse ride at a different farm (about 10 years ago) left him a little nervous around horses, but this trip has given him confidence again! The trails are lovely... More

This is my 9 year old daughter's 3rd year back. She loves brushing the horses and making them treats as well the multiple 1hr long rides they go on daily. They even have water ballon fights and ice cream parties. She gets to make new friends every year and the staff is always friendly. She'll be back for sure.

I've give the same response here that I gave when you posted to our Facebook page: Linda, I may be direct and even insensitive, but I'm not a liar nor did I call your friend a liar. Handsome didn't buck your friend off. She lost her balance and fell off when he was going through a muddy section on the... More

My 7 year old daughter enjoyed last summer and this summer for more fun. She loves riding and hanging with the animals all day. She wants another week before school starts. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend if your child loves to be outdoors and animals. Michele Miller

This is a description from my 8 year old son that attendees summer camp this week. "Dead broke farm is really fun. They let you feed the horses, ride them, and brush them. The playground is awesome and all sorts of farm animals to pet. So many horses to ride and everybody is really nice that works here." I agree... More

I spent eleven weeks on this horsefarm during the spring of 2016. I had the time of my life! Working on the farm is hard and challenging but so rewarding. It is amazing how good the horses are with all these different kinds of mainly inexperienced people on their back. A lot of reviews are negative about the staff. after... More

Hey, Kim. That is the most adorable picture of Monster and Blanca. He looks like her little protector. Such a cute couple. We miss you terribly, and we hope that you'll come back from Holland to visit with us again once you have your veterinary license. Maybe we'll see you again after you wear out all those boots you bought... More
