Love going to get local goodies, but watch some of the vendors, greenhouses do exist! From fresh eggs to flowers to veggies and produce, this is the place to go if you are lucky enough to live close to Raleigh. Our issue is always buying stuff we can't eat up fast enough. The prices seem to pretty much be fixed,... More

Could spend a full hour or two here. Outdoor farmers display their goods and there is an indoor section with an assortment of stuff. Including some very good pies at one shop. My Kids and Me Bakers now dba the State Farmers Market Bakery. Got my wife a coffee mug from YOUNG the oriental pottery lady. Fresh peaches and apples... More

Visited on a Saturday and was pleased that all though crowded was well laid out and organized to enable enjoyable shopping experience. Covered areas with Lots of vendors with produce, seafood, fresh baked breads and crafts with activities for children. Pricing was pretty good and quality was fresh. Best Kale I have had. Sweet and tender. Great family location and... More

First time at Famers Market. Placed was packed. Plenty of free samples from peaches, watermelons, to muscadines. We bought fresh corn, homegrown tomatoes and cantaloupe. People were really nice And it was a lot of fun. Too many foods to mention.

Had a great time picking up veggies and some delicious baked cookies. Plenty of parking, local wines tons of items to choose from.

Lots of sellers of fresh vegetables and fruits. Believe all had samples. We purchased peaches, watermelon and corn on the cob. Yum. Everything was tasty and fresh. No comparison to the horrible items purchased in a grocery store. Only problem was parking. Took a while to find an open parking spot so we could park.

We love taking a visit up here for fresh produce, often, we are only able to drive on the weekends, but the Farmers Market is large and always has plenty of options. The vendors are courteous and truly understand their produce and the market they are selling in. There is also a very large plant and flower section if that... More

You can't walk 2 feet without one of the venders offering you a sample of their goods .All are proud of their farms & tell you where they are. A great place to grab a bunch of "FRESHNESS" & take it home and enjoy the bounty!!

Stopped by here to purchase my favorite vegetables and everything looked just picked. I enjoyed the friendliness and efficiency of the sellers. There is so much here to see and enjoy. They have North Carolina products for sale. Do try the Bone Sucking BBQ sauce, it's delicious. There is also a restaurant which I have eaten in before as it... More

The breakfast was like being at home with mom's cooking. I would recommend the granny sampler breakfast. You may not eat it all but you get a little bit of everything.
