The monster truck ride is really pretty cool considering there is no age limit. Its $10 per person which is way cheaper then when you got to a show to do it and they have a track so they can actually do some cool stuff. The only other thing really monster truck related is the mini grave digger hot wheels for kids under 50" so it took us about 1.5 hrs total and that was milking some time taking pictures in front of the trucks. Not a whole day thing but it was really cool for our kids who love monster trucks for a pit stop on the way from Myrtle Beach to VA beach.

We passed by the Grave Digger Monster Truck site on our way down to the Outer Banks, and figured it would be a fun stop for our 5 year old on the way back home.

It was easy to find, as Caratoke Highway is the main road leading to the OBX from Virgina.

To ride in the back of the Monster Truck, it $10 a person. Bring cash for that. Its not a super long ride, but it was enough to excite our little guys.

If you are not into the ride, they have a restaurant with some decent breakfast food, a small petting zoo, a few Grave Digger cars for photo ops, and a gift shop.

Definitely worth checking out with the kids if you are going to the OBX.

We wore our COVID masks while there, but not everyone was doing the same.

My grandson is a big fan of monster trucks so this seemed like a natural fit for our Outer Banks vacation itinerary. It certainly did everything to impress. The kiddy monster truck course was perfect for our 5 year old and the big monster truck ride was longer than we expected and was a blast for everyone. The gift shop was big and contained everything my grandson could imagine. The Dragon monster truck and Grave Digger were both there and accessible. What a wonderful time at a truly bargain price. Must see in the Outer Banks.

Employees were not wearing any masks despite signs that all customers have to wear one. Gift shop prices are double than what they should be. The monster truck ride is $10 per person and is not long at all. Cool place for little kids but it’s a ripoff.

Took the kids to see some monster trucks and did not disappoint. Saw monster trucks up close and even rode Rip Tide! My little one drove the power wheels and raced other kiddos. There’s a petting zoo and souvenirs. The bathroom was clean.

On our way to the Outer Banks for our annual family vacation this is our favorite stop. My husband and youngest daughter are huge fans. About 10 years ago we stopped and was shopping in the store when Dennis Anderson walked in , he was dressed in his jumpsuit and slippers. He is such a down to earth person. He walked up to my husband and daughter and asked if they wanted a picture; of course they both were so excited. Now here we are 10 years later and we had stopped and was walking around the property when he stopped and asked if my husband and daughter wanted a picture; of course they both were so excited. I just want Dennis Anderson to know just how thankful I am that he makes my husband’s and my daughter’s day. He is such a good person and has a great place to stop and spend a few hours. Glad to see that his sons and daughter are going to continue the family empire. If heading to the Outer Banks this is a stop you will enjoy and fun for all ages! Plus there is a diner with really good food and great service!!!

My kid has loved monster truck since the age of four. Now 14 we decided to stop by here on a quick trip to the Outer Banks. We were not disappointed. Many trucks to look at and lots of interactive activities. a kid of any age would enjoy this place (even adults)!

Kids loved the monster truck ride and being able to look at the trucks around the grounds, but the store staff was horrible! Very Unfriendly! You could tell they did not want to be there!! Maybe time to hire someone who actually wants the job! It would have been a great experience all around had it not been the staff at the store.

My family of 6 and my mom and dad took a trip from our home to Poplar Branch (2.5 hour drive) to see Diggers Dungeon and meet at the diner for lunch. When we got there it was around 1pm and we noticed how small the diner was. We have a large family, so looking at it I wondered if we would be able to get a seat in there together. My mom went inside to check and there was a group that was almost finished and we could be seated after them, but I think it would have been tight. I also noticed the sign said they closed at 2, and I had seen they were open until 3 on the website. Due to this, we decided not to eat there. So, we instead went into the shop and thought the kids could get on the monster trucks for $5. It was when we got to the door that it said they did not do truck drives during this time (March 10th is when we went) I guess since it is off season. I did not read anything about that online. So, that was a bummer. They did have the goats to look at and pet and a little playhouse my kids enjoyed, but honestly, I was so disappointed. My husband said we will come back when its warmer, but the fact that I didn't catch these things online before we traveled just makes me leary of our next trip. Maybe I can call to make sure before we go.

We have been traveling to OBX for 8 years and stop each year. the facility has grown quite a bit in that time. it used to be just the shop and some of the trucks. they have expanded to do truck rides, little track for young kids, petting zoo, diner, bouncies etc. It's a great stop or a place to go for a few hours. Perfect place for your monster jam fans! I was pretty shocked by some of the more negative feedback this place is neither run down or small. Make sure you bring your camera for photos around the trucks!!!
