Great family trip

I live in Pittsboro, NC - not far from this restaurant. I love to visit the 'village' which comprises of a wonderful garden, a nice bookshop, a coffee shop, a highly rated but small 'hotel', and a couple of eclectic stores. Smack in the middle of the manicured garden sits this upscale restaurant - Fearrington Village. I have been there... More

I remember when they first opened Fearrington Village . Loved the bakery, bookstore, pottery, etc. I realize this was 30 yrs. ago, but I wish it had remained as charming or interesting. The bookstore is still wonderful, but everything has else has changed in time, and not for the better. What was once a interesting creative shopping spot Is now... More

The Village is a great place to spend a few hours. With one young child, we visited the cows, chickens, and goats. We then had brunch at the Granary (make sure to get something that comes with the potatoes) followed by a visit to McIntyre's Books. The book store has a very cute children's wing and a nice selection for... More

This is a great place to spend an afternoon. So many shops to look in, great food options with enthusiastic staff & not to forget the "Belties" to watch, so cute

Nice place to go and relax. The patio has outside dining from goat. There are tables with umbrellas and heaters. The Fearrington park is great for a stroll. We live in Fearrington and find soo many activities, friendly people and comfortable walking paths

We recently returned from a beautiful wedding at the Fearrington. It was absolutely top notch in every detail. The food was the best I've ever experienced at a wedding. Three food stations...seafood, beef, and southern beautifully presented, creative menu, and absolutely delicious.

The clothing shop definitely caters to the upper class. The book store has a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The grounds surrounding the village are beautiful. There is a spa onsite as well. I have never had a bad meal at The Granary.

We had never been to Fearrington Village, or even near-by, though have visited North Carolina many times. We were drawn there, by the recommendations for Fearrington House Inn, and their restaurant. We weren’t really sure what Fearrington Village was, until I researched it on TA, and a few other sites. Now, after five lovely days there, I’ll try to describe... More

Our two experiences here were pleasant. The menu is varied and the restaurant is clean. You order at the counter and your food is then served to you. You are expected to remove your dishes at the end of the meal. The gelato is good and the tomato soup was wonderful. It is a "green" restaurant so minimal dishes are... More
