4 of us visited at the end of a camping trip and before heading home. I called on a Tues. to see if there was room to park the trailie r and she answered while in the garden and said yes or we could stop over that day and she could open up for us. We went the next day. This is the smallest winery we have visited. Her small vinyard provides all the grapes for the winery.
She was very pleasant, showed us the gardens kit pond and where she makes the wine. Tasting was in a nice area and she allowed us to taste all her wines. Some sweet and some dry. The charge for the tasting was 5. Our group purchased 5 bottles. The family history was very interesting. Met her husband that runs the steel shop also.
These were great people.

I feel horrible writing this review as the woman that runs the tasting room is the sweetest lady ever. It's her family business and she offers cheese, crackers, and chocolate during the tasting. The day we went it was kinda crowded which I took to be a surprise to the lady. There were only 4 seats so some of us offered to stand. The wine itself was not good. It was acidic and hard to swallow. I am basing this off having drank wine in France, Spain, New Zealand, Napa, and South Africa. I do not like Muscadine wine but this didn't classify as sweet enough. The woman took us in a tour of the bottling room and 'winery'. As we were standing there we were I formed the tasting was going to be $33 or something like that. We were shocked. Never have we paid that much and we were not informed. Fortunately we are military and she gave us a discount.

My girlfriend and I traveled seventy miles from Raleigh, NC to visit this winery. It was worth the trip. First off, all their wines are organic. Big plus-no sulphites. It is a cute little place that has a lovely Japanese koi pond, beautiful fruit trees and pretty shrubbery. The wine tasting room is charming. The family that runs the winery has owned the land for quite some time and there are pictures on the wall from earlier times. The tasting itself was splendid. The host puts out crackers, chocolate bits and cheese. We were given about ten wines to taste. I eventually came away with three bottles of their wine. Highly recommended.

This was our 1st time visiting. It's a Cute little one person run winery. Linda is the owner and it is very knowledgeable about her product. The grapes used are musodine and scoponong so the wine has a different taste that most wines. If you are not a fan of this type of grape you probably will not like the wine. She uses a completely natural processing for the wine no chemicals and no sulfates. For $10 pp Linda takes you on a golf cart around her property where the grapes are grown and gives you a little background of her life and how she process it's her wine. After the tour she lets you taste test 8 or 10 bottles of her product you can keep your glass and she provides a nice sharp cheddar, Crackers, Dark chocolate chips and a bottle of water. As you taste test, her little dog lady will provide you background noises of snoring, which I thought was adorable. Again this is just a one person run little winery so don't be expecting to go in to a large production facility. Linda answered all of our questions, I found it very relaxing and very informative, we will definitely be back. Oh! If you have a group of 5 or more I would probably call ahead just to give her a considerate heads up since she is a one person show.

This place needs to learn the correct way to fly the American flag , not upside down.
Its very disrespectful to the USA.
