While we enjoyed our visit both bowling and the arcade it was entirely too expensive for a bowling alley. It seems to me that maybe they know that there is not a lot of other entertainment option in the area during the winter and overcharge because they can. We will not likely go there again.

We haven’t been to this bowling alley in years but it has rained for days down here so why not, right? We had a great experience. Fun scoring videos (you can take your picture and they show cartoons of all of you after your turn bowling). Everything is electronic so we had no problems with ball return or pin set ups. The alleys are somewhat curvy but we don’t play that well so hard to tell the impact! They only allow bumpers for 11 and younger—but can switch them off when the older bowlers play. Shoes were okay, they did the job.
Food is decent, standard bowling alley fare. They have Pepsi products (not my fav!) and will give you a pitcher of water if you want.
They have a nice selection of video games and we found the staff to be really nice.
This place is under new management as of five years ago so perhaps that explains some of the previous negative reviews. I really don’t understand them. This is a bowling alley, after all. I enjoyed it and we will be back.

Fun indoor activity to do with children when it's rainy and cooler. Also offers a small arcade for games and prizes

First of all, it's a bowling alley, so nothing special there and nothing special was expected. We have bowled as a family in many places in this country and this place was the absolute MOST EXPENSIVE! Upon arrival, we went to the counter. Having not been here before we weren't sure how they did things. There were two men working. An older man and a younger one. The younger man said he would be right with us. So we waited. The older man came over and I told him we wanted to play a game and he just said "give me your shoes". So I proceeded to tell him the sizes we needed. He cut me off and said in a harsher tone "give me your shoes...that's how we do things here!" Um, ok. So we did and again told him the sizes. The younger man then slides a slip of paper at me and says "this is the price for a game and this is the price per shoe rental." What he DID NOT SAY was "this is the price per game per person." We played two games...TWO. We had two adults and two children. Our total when we went to leave was $62.00!!! Yes...for less than an hour!!!! Before leaving and discovering the outrageous pricing, my kids were hungry, so we ordered a small pizza and four small drinks. When I went to pay, the older man who apparently is the cook as well, asked me what drinks and when I started to tell him, he holds up a finger to shush me! He then starts fumbling with the register, then fumbles with cups, then throws up his hands, then says "what do you want??!!" Total spent was just under $17.00. I took the pizza to the kids and decided to have a slice. The sauce tasted like canned spaghetti sauce, then I realized I'm also tasting charcoal? I turned the slice over and it was BLACK!! Yes, COMPLETELY BLACK!! Burned black! The kids were starving, they ate that garbage, I never took another bite. When we checked out and I was given the crazy total for bowling, I mentioned the black, burned pizza and the younger man says very sarcastically, "you're welcome." This place is a joke. Save your money. The people working there behave like they would rather be having colonoscopy than a job! NEVER AGAIN!! Vacationers BEWARE!!

We visited the bowling alley on a rainy day. It was a perfect side attraction to keep the kids busy. They have modern lanes with electronic scoring and even automatic bumpers for the younger kids. The staff was really friendly and made sure you were well taken care of. They also had a small arcade with maybe 20 games. Overall it was very nice and a great way to spend a few hours on a rainy day.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The staff were extremely rude! Very very expensive and not worth it at all. The shoes that they make you pay $4 a pair for were dangerous as well as the greased up floor. I fell hard when I went up to bowl. No one could bowl appropriately due to the fear of falling. I will never go back!!

When we arrived in the OBX it was raining, so we decided to go bowling. The bowling alley had just opened and the staff were helpful and kind. They explained the hourly lane rate, $35. The bowling balls were wonderfully organized and all down in the alley way which was super convenient. The alley was clean and well kept. The interactive scoring technology was really cool; selfies, custom backgrounds...

We had a great time bowling, but it was very overpriced. Was disappointed to pay the same price for kids and adults...even for 2 year old. For a family of 5 to bowl 2 games was over $75. Mini golf ran us under $30 and the 2 year old was free. The arcade was also over priced with basic games taking 2 tokens and most taking 3. Again, we had a great time, but not good on a budget.
