Great park for walking, riding bikes, kiddos have a wonderful playground with covered seating for parents. There are restrooms and picnic/concessions, but there was a big crowd for an outing and we didn't go to that area.

From the picnic area, to the ball field/open grass areas, to the walk/run/bike tracks/trails, to the playground equipment, to the basketball court, this park is fun for the whole family. One could spend most, if not all of, the day here, just chillin' and relaxin'....More

On the cusp of downtown Mount Airy, NC is a nice public park that really thinks out-of-the-box. The playground has plenty of swings and sliding boards, there is a sprawling concrete skate park, restrooms, hiking & biking trails, a nice picnic area (with shelters), soccer...More
