We did the Vintage Vineyard tour. It was advertised as a "mini bus" tour. We were shocked when we arrived to see a giant coach bus. Only to be told that we were picking up another 16 passengers at another location. This "detour" added 45 minutes EACH WAY to our driving time, so the tour that was to return at 6pm didn't get back until almost 8pm. The bus was full. Two of the wineries were very small and ill-equipped to handle such a large tour bus. The first winery had two small tents outside with tables spilling out the sides. They did not have enough seats for all on the bus, and if you were lucky enough to get a seat (we weren't) half of the people were sitting in the broiling sun packed in like sardines. The third winery had two tiny bars with one bartender so the tasting was chaotic as everyone crowded around, again , like sardines. Jostling around others for a place in line all day is not a relaxing experience. The stop at the Amish store seemed unnecessary for a Vineyard tour and I can only assume there is some kind of kick-back involved. The tour should have been two mini-bus tours -- one for each location -- and staggered visits to the wineries. The tour stunk of poor management and GREED by making this into one massive tour.

Everyone I spoke to had fun. There were only 39 people on the tour. It was very popular, so we had to use a larger vehicle. The Amish store is a very popular stop on our vintage vineyard tours. They are known for their Moravian baked good. Originally, we were using a 36- passenger vehicle but 3 more people signed up 2 days before the tour. We asked the transportation company to send us a 44- passenger vehicle but it was not available, so he sent us a motor coach instead. People getting on the bus were thrilled to have plenty of space and oh by the way Covid 19 outbreak was at its peak.

This organization is run by rude people who are lazy and lack attention to detail. Maybe just answer people’s questions instead of leaving a snarky response next time.

Second CSEG experience. This time Brew Ha Ha with other TLN community members. Great bus accommodations and same XCLNT tour guide. Fun flight package give aways, as well as additional tour for two on future tour. Had Brooklyn pizza on initial stop, Yum. Great for bachelor/ette parties, birthdays, beverage lovers or just because its a nice day for a cold one. Nice luncheon/afternoon of comradeship. ENJOY!
