Trails are overgrown and parking lot was trashy. Not at all like last year's visit. Never very busy except on weekends.

My wife and I participated in the first day hike 2019, along with about 25 other hikers. The Ranger was very nice and stopped several times to explain the history of the area. The hike was about 2 miles and the weather was great for a hike. This is a great park for short hikes.

Very peaceful park with lots of wildlife and views to enjoy. Beautiful trails, fishing, and shelters for get togethers.
