This an excellent resource for youngsters. There are interactive educational settings for farms, manufacturing, medical/dental offices, banks, and climb-on constructions for a pirate ship, playground, and much more. Adults will get a smile on their faces, too.

I've been bringing my daughter here for a while. We had her 1st birthday and 4th birthday parties here. She loved it at both ages. There are tons of things to do that heighten her curiosity and engage her in learning new things. Her favorite was the factory and the grocery store. Everyone should take their small child there!

We were traveling from Charleston to Durham with a 10 month old. Thought we would stop for a drink half way and stretch our legs. Looking for a place she would enjoy we stumbled upon this children's museum. It was free for children under 12 months and adults! They had lots of stuff for her to climb on and play... More

The museum has something for everyone with an emphasis on young children. The hands-on display keeps the interest of children.

Located across the street from the Robeson County library in downtown Lumberton, the Exploration Station's simple outside décor belies its exciting interior. Our children love this place. There's everything from a house to a pirate's ship to a dentist chair to a gym... but, stylized and sized for young children. The best deal is to buy a membership and go... More

Great children's museum for young children. New exhibits over the last two years. My six year old loves this place! Camp and special events are awesome as well.

My friend and I took her son, my nephew and my niece. Ages ranging from 4-6 yrs. They all had a wonderful time and were begging to go back! There are lots of things for them to do, they can run and play and still be where you can keep a safe eye on them. There is a lot of... More
