It was just fantastic to see how they use the space that could’ve been torn down and made it something beautiful for the whole community to enjoy. We even borrowed some of the ideas that were used in the garden in our own personal garden.

An old bridge crossing turned into a garden instead of demolition. IT is decorated for various holidays. All enjoyed the outing.

We had some time to pass before Chimney Rock State Park opened so we came here and walked through the beautiful flowers. So amazing that volunteers maintain this to let others enjoy its beauty.

This was such a cool stop on our day trip to Lake Lure. When we went it was decorated for Halloween and I have a feeling every time you go you will see something new. Very cool thing to do.

We went through twice. There was so much to see that we saw different things each way. This is a volunteer maintained park with so many cute works of art and beautiful plants.

We visited Lake Lure Flowering Bridge and loved it! Even though we were there in fall when some of the summer flowers were past their peak, the bridge was decorated with lots of pumpkins and fall decorations which gave us some great ideas for home!

Wow, wasn't initially excited, but after the walk, amazing. Many plants, bushes and flowers all in bloom. Even better the fragrances of the herb section. Mexican tarragon to name one! Worth a stop and look/smell see.

Probably not, there was not much blooming when we were there in Sept. It's still worth walking through.
