If you want to see the lake and learn a lot of it’s history from the water, then Lake Lure Tours is for you. They can accommodate small or large groups, plenty of parking and centrally located downtown.

We went on the tour Friday, October 27th. Steve was our guide and did a splendid job doing the tour. He had a great sense of humor also! Highly recommend the tour as you'll learn a lot about the history of Lake Lure!

My husband & I recently took the boat tour. We are glad we did. It was worth the ticket and allowed us to see the area and learn about it--all while being "escorted" on a pontoon boat that kept us out of the sun. Our...More

The Flat Rock Play house is next to Hendersonville. It is the state theatre of North Carolina, and has excellent quality shows. They have events scheduled throughout the year.
