This was our first time visiting and I must say the bartender was well educated on all the beer and was able to describe the flavors to perfection, this allowed for us to have a great experience. Also make sure that you take the tour of the brewery to learn the history of the place as well as all the... More

The tasting room is huge for a small brewery and the bar setup is great. However, the beer was just average. I've had much better beer from other breweries.

The atmosphere here is wonderful. We started in the gift shop, and the merchandise was reasonably priced and the clerk very friendly. Once we were in the brewery, the server was not as friendly. The beer is good, though.

We stayed in Kinston overnight to have dinner at Chef and the Farmer. We stayed at The O'Neil boutique hotel, which is apparently owned by the Mother Earth folks as well. The brewery has a really cool tasting room and bar with rotating beers and a cool ambiance. You can take tours of the brewery every hour, on the hour;... More

We just popped in, since we were in town. My husband had the porch ipa??? He said it was good. I had water, and it could have used some ice.😕😕 We will return, and do the brewery tour next time.

Stopped by and took the tour of their facility and it looked first class. It was clean and well maintained. The host was knowledgeable but adding some of their new hard liquid to the tour was a surprise and at the end, NO BEER Samples? The comment was stop back at 4pm when the beer garden opens? How come you... More

Enjoyed a very nice time on Friday afternoon at Mother Earth Brewing...our bartender was very informative, not pushy in the least, and guided us to just what we each were searching for. He enjoyed their Dark Cloud (dunkel) and I enjoyed their darker beer on tap. It was early afternoon, so not crowded as I imagine it might be on... More

Enjoyed several of the offerings that Mother Earth had on tap while waiting for a table at a local restaurant. The Belgian triple is outstanding as is the Wit. My son in law really enjoyed their IPA as well.

MEB has a fun atmosphere and great beer! Be sure to take a tour and see all the cool eco-friendly perks the Brewery has. Don't forget to stop in the gift shop, the super soft t-shirts are a must have souvenir!

Hey, I had to try something to your attention to read my review. Hahaha! Kinston is a well-known place in Eastern North Carolina. Many Carolinians know this city for being often violent and dangerous. Many state troopers who I work with would tell me how bad Kinston can be. Unfortunately, the city doesn't offer many things to do, which often... More
