Jonas Ridge is a quaint little snow tubing park near Linville, NC. I have taken my granddaughters there numerous times. For the price it is a great winter day trip for kids. Not so bad for adults either.

My kids has a blast! You get 2 hours each for $30. Insidebis a place to sit and stay warm while watching the kids slide down the cool, fun hills. Great place to bake the kiddo's.

Our first time snow tubing and it was awesome! Adults and young kids, we all had a very good time. We went on Monday, January 29, 2018. When we arrived around 11:30am there were about 30 persons sliding at the facilities. Half an hour later...More

Our family of four had a great time snow tubing at Jonas Ridge! The allotted time was plenty for us to tube down the slopes as many times as we wanted. The attendants were friendly and we loved it!

We went there on a warm Sunday in January. We arrived at 11:30, and even though they officially don't open until noon, they opened early. We're glad we arrived when we did. The lines were very short when we arrived, but by 12:45 started to...More

Best snow tubing experience ever. Love going here, just wish I wasn't so far away. Tubing is a blast, fireplace is nice, love being in the NC mountains. Nothing not to like.

My extended family (14 of us) wanted to go tubing the week after Christmas. 9 of us were visiting from Florida so our time was limited. We had planned on Hawksnest, but their times were already booked by the time we started researching. That allowed...More

We went snow tubing here and to Hawks Nest. Jonas Ridge is hands down the best place in NC. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. We have a son with physical disabilities and they helped us carry him up the slope at all times...More

If there is not real snow on the ground there won't be much for them to play in. They blow the snow on the hill, but unless you are tubing, you can't get to it. I'd have the one who is tubing toss a bit in the tube and then... More
