Getting our kayak was super disorganized and the employees were less than excited to see us. The guys to get us in the river were fabulous! Super nice and funny! Trip to JE Gentry Bridge was beautiful.

What an easy and seamless experience to get in the water and get picked up. The new river is perfect for a nice easy paddle or float. My wife and I took our 10, 7 and 5 year old boys in two canoes and we all had a blast. We stopped in some shallow water for a little break and had lunch. We will be back again!…

It was a beautiful day and after storms the week earlier the river had settled back to normal levels and it was an absolutely beautiful trip! My wife and I did the 10-mile canoe trip. We have done the five mile trip a number of times but have never done the second five miles; it was gorgeous and as schools have gone back in session the weekday trip was very quiet and peaceful. Most of the summertime staff has gone back to school so the crew that helped us was a little older that who you normally see, but were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.…
