Quick, fun trip

Echoing some of the other reviews, this is a relatively quick visit, which is the only reason it's a 4, not a 5. 1 hour tops. However, the memorabilia from both racing and football is awesome and there is an viewing area that overlooks the shop.

The staff is wonderful and it was Denny Hamlin's 2021 Daytona car that was the highlight. Definitely worth a trip. Please note that most shops, including this one, are closed on Sundays and call to get opening times; many of the ones posted online are inaccurate. Also, the shop is closed from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., so plan accordingly.

Fun Place for NASCAR and Gibbs Fans

Great place for a quick visit if you are NASCAR or a Joe Gibbs fan. I actually got a chance to see Coach for a few minutes on my visit there and he's every bit the gentleman you'd hoped he would be. Great views of the floor and other interesting areas. Worth a quick trip!

JGR is friendly, and the shops are an exceptional experience. They provide a nice departure from a day of travel. If you have an hour to spare, go there

Even if you are not an active fan of nascar racing this is worth the visit. It takes no more than an hour for the tour, and the video gives an informative perpestive on who the cars and their engines are developed.

Fanfest is awesome

Attended my first Fan Fest. I didn't wait in line to get are wristband to see the drivers, both loved all of the other amenities that the shop had to offer. Great music, good food, close-ups of key trophies, seeing the race shop and above all, great raffle prizes for a great cause.

The Joe Gibbs people were very friendly and hospitable when asking questions about the complex. You can definitely tell they work for the coach, because they have great personalities! I will definitely return to the shop on my next trip to Charlotte.

Amazing facility in a beautiful area of northern Charlotte. Amazing displays of awards both the Coach and the racing team. Very professional. The balcony view of the garage was incredible.

Great Visit!

My wife, son and I visited Joe Gibbs Racing today and it was a great experience! Everybody was very friendly and made us feel welcome! I would like to thank Coach Gibbs for taking time to take a picture and autograph his latest book for us! Thanks to all for a wonderful family memory!

Very nice welcome center

I was around the block on business, so I had to stop in. The welcome center was much smaller than I had anticipated, but it was very nice. In the front lobby are the cars of the 4 drivers on their team and a brand new Toyota from which the cars are supposed to be modeled from. There are trophy cases everywhere and there is a room behind the cars where a video is playing and there are more trophy cases. This leads into the store which is very nicely appointed. I experience the entire thing in a half hour and I was on my way. When I visited the windows which are open to the shop had the shades drawn. You could hear activity back there, but it was not open to public viewing.

Love the Race Shop

I was here for JGR Fan Fest and while it was pouring rain, the staff did a great job for the fans. The fan shop is fantastic. The front lobby features the trophies of the current drivers. It really is a great place to be at. I would love to come back here.

If you are a Joe Gibbs racing team fan this is a must see! You get a fan tastic experience here!!!
They host a fan fest, with all kinds of give aways, autograph session with all their drivers. A driver's gear shop that has everything for you to sport your favorite drivers name and colors. You cannot imagine all the selection they have for fan souvenirs!
