Reserations were easy to make and the private bath was clean and efficient. I liked that they drained the bath after every guest. Clearly, a clean bath for each guest

We always like coming here for a soak and massage. The place could use some cleaning up. The vegetation is a little overgrown. Have noticed the water at the tubs is not as hot as usual, but that is not something they can control. Overall...More

We did a two-hour soak in one of the river-side tubs and it was amazing!! Tub is spacious for two, as is the changing area (long bench). Staff was friendly and informative. Definitely doing it again if in Hot Springs.

Enjoyable stay in the campground and can walk into town in 5 minutes along the A.T. Would definitely come back. Be prepared for hearing a train come through a couple times at night. You’ll literally feel the ground shake, but it added to the fun.

Wonderful little place to visit while in the area. Always enjoy the fresh air and the soak in the creekside hot tubs.

Wish we would have brought our towels into town. $2/ towel was unexpected. The water was hot. The privacy in tub #6 was perfect for our family of 5. The view of the river was relaxing. Would do it again.

A trip through Hot Springs would not be complete without a soak in the mineral waters! Each tub is private , and leaves you feeling so relaxed and well. All the employees are attentive and professional. We also got a mud wrap and massage. Joe...More

First of all, as other reviewers have said, this place needs updating. The "sheds" housing the hot tubs look like something out of Tobacco Road. It was Monday, and if you like them on FB, you can get a $10 discount. So I opted for the...More

Yes, you definitely can. Recommend one hour while there’s daylight and another as dusk is setting in if you’re considering two hours.

Nothing is included. If I wanted a massage I would go to the other side of town, to the laughing heart lodge. U could call for an appointment.
