I have been here many times but not since Covid-19 has been around. I could not believe the lack of care taken by this winery. If you wanted a bottle of wine verses a glass you had to go inside the tasting room. There was a guy on the door letting up to 12 people in . Everyone was almost touching each other at times some without masks we waited half an hour without moving. One lady working on the counter and two older people trying wine then she had to box it all up.. Finally the door guy came into help out and then more people came into the small space. Never did I notice anyone cleaning tables and chairs as they do at mountain Brook winery, Tryon. The door guy said they are really VERY busy. Hello this is apple picking season in your area and you know you always have lots of visitors. I felt so bad for the visitors that I told them to go to Mountain Brook and they will have a much better experience. People wanting to get flights where also in a long queue for that. I have to say during this whole Covid time I have never felt so unsafe as I did while at theirs winery. Not enough staff, lack of concern for visitors or there own staff Just not good enough.

We had a delightful afternoon sitting outdoors tasting the wines. My only complaint is that the website states: $10 to taste a flight of 7 wines and you get to keep your engraved Burntshirt wine glass! However, the cost was $15 for 5 wines and 1.99 for a glass.

We enjoyed sipping some wine in the beautiful rose garden. A bit too much road noise or else rating would be higher. Still a great spot to drop into. $15 flight of 5 and a souvenir glass.

We greatly enjoyed our stop to this local vineyard for a wine tasting and cheese plate. The views paired well with a variety of wines and we brought several bottles home! Definitely recommend

Lovely vineyard with a fun, relaxing tasting area. We had visited before and stayed at the cabin on property. It was nice to have an opportunity to walk around once everything was closed and feel like you are in a secluded area. Very nice opportunity to spend some quiet time with friends. No WIFI and limited television so we played games and took a tech-break.
