This is a nice, small theatre with no bad seat in the house. Operated as a nonprofit, everyone is a volunteer, including all of the actors. The shows are first-rate. We saw a drama that was well acted and had excellent scenery. It was much better than we had anticipated. The theatre also has a "second stage" -- a much... More

Small theatre but good seating all over the entire place. Very good job of getting everyone in and seated.

Grew up around this place so I know what I'm talking about when I say this troupe is all about entertainment. It also goes by the Community Theater so don't be confused, it's the same place. Some of the best shows off broadway you'll find, and probably one of the highest valued theaters you'll find in the carolinas. If you're... More

I have attended here with friends, acquaintances and dine downtown hendersonville. It use to be in a barn on the outskirts of town. There were a few good shows then. When it moved a few years ago there was a surge of creative shows and a blend of ages. In the past year it has felt imbalanced and poorly directed. I... More

Happened to be walking by and say poster for Bee Gees tribute band so went inside and fought tickets for the next night. Got front row!!! The crowd which was mostly older, was hopping but the third song the dance floor was full. The band was excellent we had a great time. The staff were extremely friendly and took their... More

A small venue, Hendersonville Little Theatre offers wonderful entertainment time and time again. Most recently my husband, daughter and I went to their smaller location, Second Stage (behind the main theatre), to see the play, Master Class. We were very impressed with the talents of the singers, pianist and, in particular, the lead actress, Kathy O'Connor. Her performance was the... More

Intimate. Small and not a bad seat in the house. Absolutely would go here again and again. Actors do a great job of entering you.

We went and saw LSOH last Saturday and the performance was fantastic. It is a small venue so just about every seat has a good view of the stage. I do not know if it's the same group performing at the theatre every show but the group that put on this play was spot on to the movie. I am... More

I liked that it's a small venue with a big bang! We saw the New Year's eve show that was music from the 60's and 70's. The performers were wonderful-they were friendly and encouraged audience participation. We like that it's local and we can contribute to our community and community theater through Little Theatre.
