We had a fantastic time and two hours flew by! They have a very large variety of pinball machines, plus some other arcade games, and $12 for unlimited play is the value of a lifetime. For someone who remembers having to use a change machine to get nickels in the arcades of my youth, it felt totally indulgent to play as many times as I wanted! And for my ten-year-olds, it was their first pinball experience and they loved it.
Between the Pinball Museum and a great ice cream and chocolate shop down the block and a sushi restaurant one block the other day, and we felt like we had everything we could ever want right there in downtown Hendersonville. We'll be back next time we're in the area!

If I could give this place more stars, I would! I am not a pinball or video game person. Prior to today I probably played a total of 12 pinball games in my life. I'm in my 60s. Went here today and stayed for 5 hours, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. $12 buys you a wristband that gets you all the play you want all day. You can come and go as you wish also. If you just want to look around, it's free. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made great accommodations for the current pandemic! Masks required. Alternate machines we're off limits in order to put space between players. Every 45 minutes they alternated which machines were off limits, so that you could play all of the machines eventually. The young man was constantly cleaning the machines and wiping them down. We felt very safe. Had an incredible time. I highly recommend a trip to enjoy yourself here. Go during the week if you can, as there are very fewer people. More crowded on the weekends, I am told. The machines are almost all playable, with some dating to the 1970s, newer ones, shooting games, Pac-Man type games, and other things that I have no clue how to operate. Over 75 games.

Wow! What a great find! Parents and teens all enjoyed playing vintage pinball and video game machines. The pricing was reasonable for all you can play, and we returned for some more fun after dinner reservations. The informational signs were a nice touch. Reading the signs counted as learning, so this was an educational experience for the family too. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our visit, and we are glad we stopped by!

This was a highlight of the trip w my teen. She loves playing pinball and we were thrilled to discover this fun museum! We only had a couple hours, but enjoyed every minute. The staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We will stop by and play again next time we pass through!

Was visiting my son and he took me here for my Mother’s Day gift. We spent hours trying all the pinball machines and playing the arcade games of my generation. Had such a great time, took my sister and brother-in-law when we visited again the following month- they loved it!

A really fun way to spend an afternoon! There are all sorts of older pinball machines, the old Mrs. Pac-Man, Dong Kong Junior, the Empire Strikes Back, and so much more. You pay one price for all day and can come and go as needed. Definitely worth the admission fee!

It's a fun place to stop in to go back in time. Loved the silver balls as a kid and you don't find them much any more. A lot of good, old pinball here, plus other video games.

It was a super awesome place. Tons of machines and it wasn’t super crowded. All the machines worked. It was so cool to get to play machines from the 70s. Would definitely recommend going if in the area. Parking is good around the area and there are some good food places around it too. Would definitely go back if in the area.

While this probably has less of the really fancy pinball machines, the variety is good, and the place is fun. Hardcore pinball geeks may want to head up to Asheville but if you're just looking to while away an afternoon bouncing from machine to machine, this is a really good deal. Also nice is that once you pay for your wristband you're free to come and go - so you can break for lunch and come back!

Spent 4 hours here as well as getting dinner along the walkable old town Main Street. Local spots. Most of the games were functional. $10 all you can play. Helpful and informative staff who actually know about the games. Glad we chose this <10 minute detour off the interstate to let the boys burn off some energy while traveling.
