A rustic cabin on top of a hill with vineyards all around. Great and knowledgeable staff including the owner who gave us great recommendations where to grab a lunch after. These wines come from the grapes on the property and there is real pride here in their products. We enjoyed all the wines in our tasting and will return someday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tastings here. We were lucky enough to have the owner did ours. We had a hard time choosing the ones we wanted, they were all delicious. We'll be back.

Rustic tasting room sits on the top of a hillside. Friendly staff with owner on premises. Tasting pours were generous. Hard to find without GPS, but worth the trip.

We were greeted by the owner of this great place and he poured and described each and every wine. We enjoyed the dry Riesling and the Estate grown sweet Riesling. We also enjoyed the richness of the Ram Cat Red which is a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. We went home with a couple bottles of wine that we are looking forward to enjoying. We will stop again when traveling through North Carolina.

We were here several years ago. It was a nice winery and the wines were kind of average but we were really glad we went back. The wines are now excellent. The owner was doing the tastings and gave us all sorts of information on the wines and history of the area and wines. The winery is knotty pine inside and has a beautiful fireplace. Views of Hemric Mountain out the windows. All the wines we tasted were really good. Our favorite is Hemric Mountain Red. We are glad we went back and will do so again!
