This is not a classic winery set in a vineyard 1 it is a tasting room. It was reasonably priced - $8 for a tasting of 6 wines. They have several sweet fruit wines with flavors like blueberry and peach that don’t taste like wine and are good for novices. The reds are very young. Glad we stopped by but not a more classic experience.

This is an amazing find. We loved the wines and also had a great time exploring the antique shops next door. Staff is so pleasant, and so much fun to talk to. Highly recommend a visit!

This is a great place to stop, sample and purchase NC wine, that is just a couple of miles off I-40 at exit 100. Just so that you don't miss the location it shares a building with Old Mill Antiques. Once inside you are greeted by the hostess/server who is both friendly and knowledgeable about the wines they sell and produce. They offer red, white, dry, raspberry, and muscadine wines. You may request a sample taste of the wines to determine your favorite. Once you find you favorite, a glass or a bottle can be purchased. Tables are available so you may relax and enjoy your wine before hitting the road again. We sampled 2 varieties, the raspberry and the rose since a sample of the Muscadine was unavailable. Price for the bottle we purchased was 15 dollars. A worthy stop to try local NC wine.

Wines were tasty, staff person friendly and helpful. Small antique shopping area onsite, interesting to walk through while debating which wines to take home. Will certainly return, especially since it is so close.
