My favorite part of the experience was the well educated guides. They were awesome, and even booking was super awesome. I called probably 1 million times because I was scared, curious, and unsure. The team member that answered the phone was Nikolai, and he was more than helpful. He did not display attitude or show irritation because I had called frequently in such small amount of time. Nikolai helped me because he answered all my questions. When we arrived, Greg assisted us, and he was very nice. he was very informative when we asked questions. I didn’t have to worry about my keys falling on the zip because he assisted me with a small basket cubby. my mom was terrified just like me, but the team we had made us feel more than safe. They were very educated and knew what they were doing, and they were very nice too. There were times when some of the group members wanted to give up or thought about it, but Anasha and Patricia assured them that they were in good hands because they were in good hands. They were absolutely amazing on every level. Anasha was the brake and patrica was the gas. When I lost momentum Anasha was very reassuring, and I continued to have a blast because I regained my momentum. Patricia helped keep my mind off of how far I was away from the ground As she hooked me to the zip. The ladies were great, and they both made everyone comfortable. Their sense of humor and conversation kept everyone perked up, and that kept the fear away. The best part was the pictures they were able to capture because memories last forever. I had my phone on a strap, but I was not able to capture the moments the captured.
I would definitely recommend the zip line to anyone and everyone I know because my experience was amazing from booking, arrival, and departure. I WAS afraid of heights, but me and mom will definitely be back, and I will be requesting the same team. The only tip I have is dress lightly in thin fabrics because they have water.

My 9-year old son and I joined Brit and Justin on their Waterfall tour and had a great time. The staff was professional and courteous, while stressing safety. Brit maintained a quick-witted banter of jokes that kept the tour fun while we waited on the platforms for our next rides, but it was obvious that despite the humor, her focused never waivered from her primary job of keeping us safe. At one point, my son was concerned that he wouldn't be able to fully make it across one of the slower runs and Justin smoothly offered to do the run in tandem so he could enjoy the ride. The team was excellent, and I look forward to bringing the rest of my family on an adventure here when they are old enough.

First time zipping. Staff was very friendly. Tour guides were excellent. They pointed out that their harnesses had back supports where other places only use hip/waist harnesses so leaning back up with their harnesses would be easier. I didn’t think much of it until after I had relaxed into the zips and was then thankful for the extra support. The guides kept us laughing the entire time. Our tour didn’t last as long as described however it was just us vs a full group of 10 so that was to be expected. I really loved the fact that it was just us, especially during COVID, but also because it gave us the extra time to really enjoy the quiet and the scenery. (We did the full waterfall tour). Two suggestions: offer some sort of paid access to the waterfall for picnics and offer private small group/couples zips. You could charge a premium for these options and make more money. Just a thought. I also wish you sent out a post tour email with an option to tip our guides individually. My hubby insists on tipping people directly. We were able to tip one guide as he was the one in the gift shop post zip but when we tried to find our other guide to tip him, we found out he had already left for the day. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area!

The waterfall ziplining experience was outstanding. Our guides(Adam, Cat, Bailee) were top notch, engaging, and hilarious. They ensured our safety and exceeded our expectation at every moment. If you are considering making a reservation, I highly recommend requesting Adam and his crew because he will keep you laughing and there will never be a dull or scary moment. Kudos to creating such an exciting experience!!! The office staff are very professional and accomodating.

We had an amazing time, our Village Christian Academy 8th graders with Zip Quest. The views while zip lining were incredible! The Carver's Creek gorge, the trees, the waterfalls, all superb. The extreme safety measures were top notch, and our instructor guides, Greg and Adam were the best! Their humor, stories, and knowing just the right things to say to calm initial concerns were spot on . Highly recommended and most enjoyable!!! Jim Comer

I visited ZipQuest on September 3rd, 2021. It was my first time and I chose the two and a half hour waterfall adventure - which ended up being more like 3hrs. I was very nervous but felt at ease as soon as Greg started telling his corny jokes as we were gearing up. I was with strangers being that I came alone but by the end I felt like I bonded with all of them. I had such an amazing time despite my fears. Lee and Greg were knowledgeable and entertaining to say the least. I absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone whether you have experience or not. I was a bit disappointed that the falls weren't very big but Greg explained there hadn't been much rain, it was still pretty amazing. BTW Lee totally killed that 11 second run across the bridge. I will absolutely do this again my next time in Fayetteville. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

So much fun and the people who work there were fantastic. My 8year old was afraid and Tam was absolutely great with her. They made me and my kids feel safe and we're upbeat and encouraging the entire time. Very thorough instructions by Ben at the beginning and throughout the course he continued to give us updates on what to expect. Erica was friendly, helpful and encouraging. The whole crew was amazing making sure everyone (every single person) was safe and having a good time. I would recommend very much that if your in fayetteville NC you stop and check ZipQuest out . 100%.

The entire experience was GREAT!! Pat and Cierra were our guides and did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and big-time safe. They start you out with Zip School, to be sure you are comfortable and safe, then you start zipping on shorter, lower lines, working you up to the higher longer lines. They were a wealth of knowledge not only for the zip-line experience, but also for the history of the area and the geology and nature studies of the area. This was a first time for my fiance and me and we cant wait to take our children and 12+ grandchildren. You might be too young for this excursion, but you aren't too old. All I can say is DON'T WAIT, just Do It!!

zip lining was a lot of fun although our "tour guide" Britt made our visit so much worse. her whole personality is based on how rude she is and how much she doesn't care about the guests safety, saying how if we mess up it's our fault and she will laugh and take pictures of us. she also has no problem giving rude uneccessary remarks to the customers if they mess up even on the first zip line. (as if she didn't fly through all the instructions as fast as she could) she desperately needs to be taught basic manners and also some customer service if she's going to be working with people all day. if you go you better hope you don't get her as your guide lol. her other assistant person was jj i think, he was super cool and deserves a better person to work with.

I had wanted to do zip lining for a while and I didn't even realize that there was one local to me in my town.
My brother is coming to visit from Connecticut so I looked up things to do and there it was so I booked for a party of three and we went today. It was amazing. It took me a little bit out of my comfort zone which is the best place to be and I had a great time.. I didn't feel that I was in any kind of danger. At times I got a little Wiggy because of the small platform we were standing on.
Tam and Phelan (sp?) Were fantastic as well. Tam kept making us laugh and keeping it light so that we didn't get too nervous. And now that we've been there once we can go back with a little bit of a discount. So the next time I need to make my heart race I will definitely be there.

we are in the area for 1 day next week visiting Methodist university and then we are driving south tho Florida, is there anywhere we could shower or clean app before a 10+ hour car ride. We love zip lining but area concerned about being sweaty etc for the balance of our ride.
Written June 11, 2018
Hello, there aren't any areas that I can think of that offer that near by.

Can your ride accommodate an autistic teenager?
Written April 9, 2018
Yes, we have made that accommodation before and we will work with the parents to make sure that we are communicating and understanding each other effectively.
Written June 25, 2018
Depends on how many people are on the tour. 3:30 we would suggest you allow up to 2 and a half hours for the full course and 1 and a half hours for the 1/2 course.

From their website: Adventurers must weigh between 70-250 pounds. There were some younger ones that the guides tandemed - I think because they did not weigh enough. I was with someone who weighed 220 and he did fine.

Do you have a built in breaking system or are we responsible for stopping ourselves? Zip lined in Hawaii and loved that it was all done for us. Felt much safer too!

Is this kid friendly. My son is 4 years old.
Written February 12, 2017
No, there is a weight requirement as well. It is definitely fun for older kids (teens) and adults. Not a place for small children.
