I’m not sure about all the complainers in other reviews. There is a pandemic be patient or get there in time to get your snacks. You decided jump in the car late, rush to the movie and then blame the theatre that you could get your popcorn 5 minutes before the movie starts?

Stop it...just stop. Same jerk takes time to leave a negative post. I love AMC 🍿❤️

This is certainly an up to date movie theater with the stadium seats, which are more comfortable than most. It was clean and staff was pleasant enough. The audio was good and temperature moderate- not too cold. it is not that close to us but in a pinch - when the movie is playing there at the right time - we tried it! Worked out well.

Came on Christmas day and found the lobby filthy.
The men's restroom was out of paper towels and the trash bin was spilling over. This is on the attending manager. Shame on you.

***EDIT; The general manager here is TAMMY JACOBS She needs to work the counter!!!.
We came here on a Friday night to see the new film.."1917".
Now, you know there is going to be long lines both getting tickets and ordering food.

Well sports fans, they had ONE poor teenager kid taking the front for ALL 17 THEATERS. I kid you not. And this is not the first time we've experienced this.
I talked with the floor manager and she told me they had 3 people call in sick, but that's part of the work force ... you PLAN for it.

We didn't stay to wait 20 minutes for a ticket. I am a A+ stubs member, but had to stay in line as my girlfriend had a coupon. So we had to stand it line.

The theaters is nice for sure, but expect long lines, and plan on. I"ll NEER go to movies on a Friday or Saturday night.

My aunt and I chose this theater to see a wonderful movie, "Just Mercy." We accepted the last two seats that were not designated for patrons with disabilities. My seat did NOT recline. We bought tickets two minutes before showtime and bought food at concession stand. We reported the defective seat to the manager on duty immediately after the movie ended. He declined to offer any accommodations for the defective seat. There was a toilet in the women's room covered in a plastic bag, and no soap being dispensed from two of three sinks in that same restroom. This is a health hazard. I patronize this site because it's very close to my home, but the business is operated poorly. If I accept responsibility for not missing any part of the movie to report the faulty equipment; the broken toilet and empty soap dispensers are NOT my responsibility.

Yes there is a ramp for those who are handicapped, however the seats are not. I have a foot in a walking cast and was not able to sit in the chairs because they do not recline all the way out. Fortunately I can take the walking cast off in order to sit. However is was a painful experience. They need to fix the seats so they can recline all the way and you can put your feet all the way up especially for those with injuries.

One ticket person at front. On a holiday weekend. Two people running concession stand. People missing movies. Building has trash all over. Have seen better theaters. Supposed to be top of the line. I would say third rate. Would rather go to local small theater. This is a joke.

The buying ticket process is absolutely awful. Supposed to be separate lines for AMC preferred members, but they ignore them. Secondly, the coke (smallest size, which also makes no sense because it's a medium) is $6. Let me repeat that.....the smallest soft drink is $6!!! the sign that includes this info for beverages is in just one corner away from the rest of the menu. I decided to order food and although the food was actually good, it came to my seat without fork or napkin. So yes, for a $23 hamburger and brussel sprouts (which were quite tasty) I had to eat with my hands. The hallways and floors were filthy, as if there had been some kind of apocalyptic event. There was one ticket seller and one concession person on one of the busiest days of the year. The sound and the theatre seats were very nice. But not worth $32 trip to the movie for ONE person!

Here on 12/26 for a 3:15 movie. I expected tons of people. All good (makes it more fun actually). Waited at the “bar” for nearly 20 min. My wife was next to me as our kids snaked thru the line. One bartender who kept leaving to get stuff (beers etc). As my wife finally had to join kids who were now at head of line I was literally next. I mentioned my wife is here but going to kids & left her ID. He couldn’t be less friendly and said I’m only selling you 1. After the lamest wait and experience. The entire line was commenting at how lame it was (the wait, attitude etc). Concept really good - execution awful. The GM of this location seems like a nice guy (he was joking with us prior to an earlier screening of Star Wars I attended). He’s being let down by lousy bartender guy who couldn’t care less.

Our seats were filthy- actually dirty- and filled with trash. The automated ticket and 2 drink machines were out of order. The bar was closed at 6:30 on a Thursday night. The bartender came in and said it would be 5 minutes until she set up. 30 minutes later we were able to get a beer. The service was abysmal. Not one employee seemed to care about their job, the sanitation or customer service. We got the pretzel bites- which came with a glob of cold cheese and mustard- incredibly overpriced for the amount you get. We will never return to this horrible movie theater.
