We were just at great Wolf Lodge over Thanksgiving. It was our first time there. We had a great time and there was a lot to do. The waterpark did not disappoint and the virtual concierge service was amazing! However, the breakfast buffet food was always cold as was the Thanksgiving buffet. In addition I fell down their main stairwell my first morning there. Another guest saw me fall and went and got an employee. The employee identified herself as a manager and brought over a lifeguard who gave me an ice pack and that was it. Nobody ever called to check on me. There was never an incident form filled out. The lifeguard scribbled my name and room number on the back of a piece of paper but that was it. Luckily I am just badly bruised and they did allow us to leave a night early and receive one night refund but the fact that there was nothing documented is concerning to me.

Been driving up from Florida yearly since 2015. Even with COVID going on, it is still a special place to visit. They’ve made a few changes to ensure social distancing, other than the water park. It’s pretty much the same. All the slides are operating. Have to have a mask on when inside the resort other than eating and actively playing in the water. Will always return.

Lots to do. Few days or a week plenty to do and lots of fun. Indoor water park with slides, wave pool , giant playground, kids area. Water basketball, obstacle course on water. So much fun. Plenty of life guards. Dunkin’ Donuts on location, cool themed rooms, Magi quest will help with exercise up and down halls and up and down stairs. Walk galore with this game. Bowling alley , laser tag. Lots of activities and plenty more to do. Family fun awaits. It’s a HOWl ! Friendly staff

Visited Great Wolf Lodge the first weekend they opened due to Covid restrictions. Hotel was immaculate; staff took necessary precautions to keep everyone healthy and followed guidelines. Our room was clean and welcoming. Enjoyed the waterpark, as well as playing Magi Quest and laser tag with our 6 year old grandson. Definitely recommend MagiQuest for use after water park activities for all ages where players purchase an infrared wand to interact with objects throughout the hotel to unlock areas to solve mysteries. Ate breakfast daily at Loose Moose Cottage; instead of buffet style, guests go through the line and desired food is served by staff members and guests can return as often as desired. Dunkin' Donuts is also available but their hours are limited to the morning. The menu for dinner at Lodge Wood Fire Grill had plenty of variety for adults and children and reasonably priced. Also visited Buckets in the water park for lunch and frozen drinks. Highly recommend purchasing a souvenir cup at Buckets for $14 which includes unlimited refills of soda or frozen non-alcoholic beverages. The trip was a huge success and a great getaway after a long wait due to Covid.
