Rode Bud, Pepperjack, Billy the Kid, and Cimarron. Trail was peaceful and views throughout__at top, great view of smokey mountains and Clingman's Dome which is the highest peak in TN. Mostly shaded which was nice in the heat. Owner and guide very enjoyable. Highly recommend! Ps. A little trotting here and there too which was fun.

Great experience, highly recommend! Owner, Guy took the time to ease 8 year olds fears of riding. She was ready to stay behind but he led her around a little until she was okay. Horses were perfect for each of us. 66+ grandparents and 8 and 10 yr. old girls. Horses trotted a little on the way back. The girls... More

We drove half an hour to get here, and it was worth it. It was a nice ride up to a good view. The horses seemed well kept and were well behaved on the trail, not a bit of trouble. Recommended.

We were staying a t a nearby KOA campground and they shuttled us to the End of the Trail Horseback Riding, Both my husband and I ride horses but not to often. Our experience started with a fair charge for a hour ride. The options were 1 hour or 2 hours and 15 minutes. Sometimes Horseback riding can be a... More

I went with my wife, sister-in-law, and her husband. I hadn't been horseback riding in about 15 years and was a bit nervous about the situation. These horses knew exactly where to go and while they were a bit to close to the edge for my liking, they knew exactly what they were doing. We had an awesome time, and... More

We visited End of the Trail Horseback and loved it. It was truly a perfect family experience. Our kids (ages 14, 13, and 9) have labeled it a highlight of their trip! We had two first time riders who easily handled the terrain. Goodlow Bark, the owner and guide, is awesome. He matched each person with a perfect horse. Nice... More

It was a great time, my husband, 13 year old son and 74 year old mother in-law all enjoyed this ride up the mountain. The view was amazing, especially at the top! Horses were well behaved, and it was some people's first ride on a horse. The guide showed us how to ride the horse with a visual demonstration and... More

We had a great time with Mr. Goodlow. It was a great ride up to the top of the mountain and then, we had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. The horses were ready to go and they are familiar with the trail. We have been horseback riding before but it has been a while. It was a great... More

Beautiful views, steep slopes, so glad to take our children riding! If you can go earlier in the day try to, we were the last tour and those poor horses were tired but kept on going! Thanks for a great experience! He does take cash or credit. And there is private parking.

My son, 7, has wanted to go horseback riding for several years now. Since we were camping nearby, I thought that End of the Trail Horseback Riding would be a great opportunity to finally take him (especially after seeing all of the positive reviews). This was a great experience! Even though neither of my kids nor myself had ever been... More
