We have visited here on many occasions. There are walking trails, a large pond, playgrounds, picnic shelters, dog park. It's a nice slice of nature close to home and close to the city.

We like to fish here at any time of the year. The Nature center is nice for children and provides adequate knowledge. Lots of trails to walk and places to picnic.

Good Spot for a lovely walk. Bring the Dog. Don't expect super challenging trails though. Great spot to chill and relax and watch the water on the lake or play disc golf.

A great place for a family walk. Choose a trail and get moving. Most trails have distance located at entrance.

This is a public recreational park located about 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte that has hiking trails, a large fishing pond, basketball courts, playgrounds for children and even a doggy park. We love to go there for a picnic and relaxing time.
