We recently saw "An American in Paris" at the Belk Theater in the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. We parked in a nearby parking deck designated for the center and took a short walk. We had a private company cocktail time right before the performance and were able to meet the performers afterwards for a Q&A session. The theater itself is... More

We recently attended the "One Man Act" ...Men Are From Mars --Women From Venus. Almost a capacity crowd on a Friday evening...great show...wonderful venue. Front row...not quite center...a great place to enjoy this fun (adult) one man show. The Blumenthal is a class act...bringing high quality entertainment to Charlotte NC.

In the heart of the south, the city of charlotte is blessed with a rich culture of art and culture. Saw a broadway show at the blumenthal arts centre. a first class theatre, wonderful full size comfortable seats, great atmosphere and delightful acustics. This is a world class facility, not to missed when visiting the warmth of Charlotte

This is my favorite theater in Charlotte. I've seen numerous plays there. Parking is available close by. Located right in middle of "Uptown"....that's our name for everyone else's Downtown. Restaurants galore within walking distance.

A great house in which to see a show. Have never been disappointed, no matter where I sat. Excellent acoustics.

As a visitor to Charlotte, this was my first visit to the Blumenthal. I prepurchased a parking pass without realizing how congested downtown is and how difficult it would be to find the parking garage which is actually a BofA parking garage. Once inside the garage I had to find my way to the Blumenthal and thankfully many kind people... More

This theater is lovely with great acoustics & sound system, nice seats, etc. what made it so special is the staff. Those that greeted us and helped with tickets are great. But you know how awful it can be to have to go to the women's room at intermission and have an extremely long line? They solved that problem with... More

We always enjoy the Symphony. This night featured the percussionist, who is usually situated at the rear of the musicians. Leonardo is definitely a gifted musician. Hats off to all the Symphony musicians. Apologies for the cold weather which affected the participation, but those of us attending, were blessed.

Not a big fan of symphony, but recently attended. Even more important than what you attend, the facility itself is excellent. Seating is good, easy to enter and exit, beautiful auditorium. Abundance of great restaurants in area for before or after show enjoyment.
