Hendricks Motorsports was pristine and the staff were very friendly and helpful. While at the complex we were able to see special occasion cars or ones that have one races/ championships. While purchasing merch. The staff informed us that we could watch pit practice outback. Number 5 and 24 were practicing while we were there. This was a neat experience because you could see the pit team up close practicing and reviewing their stops.
In the upper buildings there were trophies, fire suits and championship rings.
This is something to see if you are a NASCAR and Chevy fan!

I happened to find this place as I was driving around the Hendricks Motorsports property. The museum was free and had a bunch of great racing cars and some great history. The employees are also very friendly. And finally, it was all free. I even saw one of their current race cars driving on the property.

We visited Hendrick Motorsports Complex on a trip to Charlotte for a football game. Its a great place to visit & the staff was friendly. I was able to get an autographed Chase Elliott shirt while we were there which was an added bonus!!! They have lots of great items available for purchase including many one of a kind items.

Well, everything that you ever wanted to see is right here.. I made so many peoples day on Monday, August 21, with a stop. The kids were over the moon. They went back to the practice area, but the guy back there said that they would not be practicing till the next morning. Everyone was bummed out because we're were on our way home.

The museum is great… & free! There’s a lot to see and it gives a great history of Hendricks along the way. The store was well stocked with plenty of Team gear along with some vintage looks. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable.

You don't realize when you go that there are three buildings. The first building, houses past cars, trophies and memorabilia along with the gift store. The second building houses two more past cars but this is always were you can watch them get the cars ready for racing. The third building housed more trophies and also had an area to look out into another garage. Both garages you could eat off of the floor they were that clean.
Now, I am not into NASCAR but I found this very interesting and again, it is FREE!

First off there is more to see here then other shops that charge to let you see the garage area like MWR and it is more then just a retail outlet. I would stop at Hendricks any time I made the 13 hour trip to Charlotte. Also you never know who your going to run into when your there we bumped into Steve Letarte who was great to talk to.

The Hendrick Motorsports Complex is amazing! We toured two buildings - the 5/24 car building we were able to do more of a tour & see into the shop as the people were working. Lots of cars, trophies, photos of drivers, history and driver's helmets and suits. The 48/88 car building was under some construction so we were not able to see into the shop area - they had 4 video cameras showing the shop are though. We then went back further in the complex to the museum which was also amazing. One of the women working in the store part of the museum told us that we could go out back & watch the pit crews practice. That was really great. There were 2 cars / 2 teams and once they completed what they needed to do for the car - changing tires, fueling, etc. they gathered around & watched a play-back on a monitor and critiqued it. We would highly recommend a visit here - and there is no cost!

I have a sign from Charlotte NASCAR Hall Of Frame. Can anyone tell me or who can get me the value of the sign? It’s 24feet long and 23 inches tall. Made up in five sections.
