Tour Information: Our most popular tour by far is our 1.5 hr Historic Uptown Segway tour. It's FUN! It's EASY! We thoroughly and carefully train each guest. Book your tour today! No age minimum, but Segway guests need to weigh approximately 100 lbs. to be able to safely operate the Segway.

Don't miss Charlotte activity!

I've done this twice & I love it. The training at the beginning gets you comfortable with the Segway, and by the end you love the Segway (and wish you could stay on for another hour and just zoom around!) It's a great way to see a lot of the city of Charlotte and get very acclimated to the layout and history. Lucas our guide was amazing - answered lots of our questions, took pictures of our group, and was patient as well as very aware of our safety on city streets. Great activity for people of all ages!

Great History/SegwayTour

Paul was our guide and we went all over downtown Charlotte. The tour was interesting and we enjoyed the history and gardens. We ate at Alexander Michael's on his recommendation and enjoyed good food at great prices. The restaurant is located in an area with historical homes. This 64 yr old woman hopped on a scooter and enjoyed an exhilarating ride back to the car. Great visit to Charlotte, NC.

Charlotte Segway Tour Guide -- James Russ III was fantastic

Family recommended my girlfriend and myself to try a Segway tour of Charlotte and it was a really fun experience, we had a blast. Our tour guide, James Russ III, was very patient showing us how to use the Segway’s and once we were rolling, he gave a great tour of the city. You could tell he has a lot of pride living in Charlotte. We recommend everyone to try out a Segway tour, you will have fun for sure.

Fun Segway Tour of Charlotte

Segway Tour of Uptown Charlotte.
Three of my colleagues and I took part of in a Segway Tour of Charlotte with Rod. It is an excellent tour, great knowledge and lots of fun. I can highly recommend this company, it’s the 2nd time I have used NC Tours and I would suggest that anyone visiting Charlotte try one of their tours. Thank you Rod for everything 😄

Segways Are A Blast!!!

We had a blast riding on the Segway tour in downtown Charlotte. Our tour guide Rod was fantastic. He gave us so much historical information about the city of Charlotte and he helped all of us new to Segways feel really comfortable riding these machines. My wife who was a little nervous became confident in just ten minutes of riding. I highly recommend the Charlotte NC Segway Tours. You'll be glad you did. Segways are a blast!!!

Best tour guide We've ever had

I must admit that the thought of ridding a Segway had my wife and I super nervous. That was until we met Rod.. He is the sweetest most patient human I've ever met. He made us feel at ease and explained everything as many times as needed. Then the magnificent tour started and his knowledge and passion for its history and love for the city is evidente. Also exploring the city in a Segway is an experience I strongly recommend. Hope to to this again in the gorgeous and delicious Queen City!

A great experience you shouldn't miss

We (a group of 3) booked the Segway Tour to see more of Charlotte than by foot and learn a bit simultaneously. This was the best decision we could have made. Our tour guide Isaiah told us about Charlotte and its history with so much passion that we looked forward to the next stopping point for more information.
We saw many parts of the city we'd never seen if we walked by ourselves.
Driving on segways was lots of fun, too and we recommend this tour to anyone stopping by in Charlotte.

Charlotte NC Tours is a must do in our opinion!

Fantastic Tour - Uptown Gems

I recently took the "Uptown Gems Walking Tour" with Charlotte NC Tours. The tour was fantastic! Dave (tour guide) was so knowledgeable and fun! We walked through all four wards as Dave explained the history behind all of the beautiful sites. Since I am new to town, I definitely plan to take the other tours this company has to offer in order to learn more about other areas of the city!

Historic Uptown Neighborhood Tour - Charlotte, NC

An awesome experience from start to finish. Rod our tour guide was excellent and very informative on the history of Charlotte and its Origins. The segways were a perfect & fun tool to enjoy the views and to tour the city. My wife & I will definitely be back again to do another tour when we visit Charlotte.

Amazing.

My girlfriend & I visited Charlotte, NC and decided to take a segway tour throughout the city's famous wards. Our tour guide, James was fantastic. He was super chill & friendly, almost felt like hanging out with a friend from town. Definitely returning soon.
