Took my sales team to Timed Out for a team build - did the Illusions room, and all had a great time. It was the perfect room for needing a team to work together to solve. Nicole was great to chime in if she saw them really getting off course, as well as provide slight clues when asked. Would return again to try another room.

We have done several escape rooms in Charlotte area and this was our favorite. We did Illusion. It was Very organized, Seren, our game master did a great job explaining everything and was very attentive and helpful during the game. We will be back to do another one in the future.

This was my first time here and my second escape room. The location was clean and well managed. The game master Max was great!! We did the Precinct room and it was fun, the puzzles were inventive. I would definitely go back to try the rest of the rooms!

We had an awesome time at times out. Nicole is so fun so do an escape room with. She let us call her God over the intercom. She allowed us to fail (which we wanted minimal cues) while providing the right amount of cues. If u like to be challenged with just the right amount of help, she will know what you want

This was our second time to this Escape Room, and we had a blast!! (No pun intended) The puzzles were challenging yet doable, and quite creative. Julieanne was a great game master - she gave some hints at just the right times.
