It needs a few more options for eateries. The size is fine for the location but needs a little updating.

Just OK for a large meeting/ exhibits, and certainly in need of renovation. Decent enough facility, but very limited in eateries, very few restrooms available in the exhibit hall, and an uninspiring interior and exterior décor.

I attended the Southern Women's Home Show again this year and it was very nice. The venue is very spacious and there appeared to be well over a hundred vendors. Very easy to maneuver around and find things. They also have a small food court strategically placed along the back wall for easy access. Great place for a large event.

The Charlotte Convention Center was overall a nice facility, with a decent size for it's location. There are also enough windows throughout the building to let in a lot of natural light. There are a couple of dining options, and it is also connected to the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The facility seems to be kept up very well. My... More

I went to the Charlotte Convention center to go to the Southern Womens show the weekend of Aug. 23rd. This place is right in the middle of downtown Charlotte, and one of the good things is, you can take the tram train for free to get there, as trying to actually go to the Convention Center area parking decks can... Went here for the first time for the Southern Women's Show. Very spacious. Parking abundant. Facility is well maintained. Love the eating places within the facility. Beautiful views.

The Convention Center was ideal for the Firefighters convention held in August. From the mapped setup of tables to the actual fire trucks that were on the floor, the center displayed the firefighters material in a splendid way. Also, there was reasonably-priced food available inside the Center. No need to venture into town.

I attended a business conference for 4 days. The facility was very well maintained, the staff super helpful and friendly, and once I got used to where everything was found it very easy to navigate. The food court offered acceptable options and there were plenty of places to relax.

I visited here for conference. I like this place. Also you will be interested in NASCAR hall of fame. It is just next to here.

After being in different cities for Convention s...I would rate Charlotte NC near the top of the list. If attending a Convention always be prepared for lots of walking or make arrangements ahead of time for motorized scooter. Appreciated the food venues that were right in Convention area..... Parking..if you are driving be prepared to pay for the parking..we found... More
