- Greg MartinCharlotte, North Carolina28 contributionsNo Tebow - But Still a Blast! We went to BB&T to watch Charlotte play Syracuse. Tim Tebow was in the middle of a rather bad slump and Charlotte started a left-hander, so Tebow didn't play. But the park was so much fun and the Knights got a great win. Lots of fun for my nine-year old even though he's not really into baseball any more.Visited July 2019Written January 20, 2020

The seating options are very good. Prices for both admission and food are reasonable. Pretty much every seat is good. Options for food and beverage are varied and reasonable prices. AAA baseball is still reasonable and you won’t have to mortgage your house to buy a ticket. Even parking can be found for $ 5 - 10. Want to get a good deal on entertainment. Go to this ballpark and take in a game.Visited September 2022Written March 10, 2023
- lizzie1ncRaleigh, North Carolina39 contributionsWonderful ACC tournamentCharlotte put on a great ACC Baseball tournament. Everyone at the stadium from security, ushers, concessions couldn't have been nicer. They all were engaging and made for a wonderful 3 days at the ballpark. They all acted like they loved their jobs and wanted to be there. Field is beautiful and just a great facility!!!Visited May 2021Written June 2, 2021
- Carter N1 contributionSecurity is just plain rude.I got into the game no issue. But as soon as i was in the game security was a constant thorn in my side. First they stopped me because I had 2 beers in my hand (100%)allowed. Then i got stopped bc i was “walking drunk”. I had one sip of the beer I ordered and they literally took the beers (Same beers as before). For reference i am actually 22 years old age. I have never written a bad reviewe before but this place and game really got under my skinVisited September 2023Traveled with friendsWritten September 15, 2023

- SteveMatthewPDavidson, North Carolina393 contributionsGreat first time experience at the park.We had a work group get together with our families to take in a game on Saturday night. My wife and I got to the ballpark about 45 minutes early as we wanted to walk around and check things out. This is a great looking park and they’ve done a fine job with setting up all of the food and drink choices around the park. They also have a nice gift shop that you can check out. And there are a lot of interactive games for the kids to take in too. There doesn’t appear to be a bad seat in the place. We were in section 123 and had a great view of the Charlotte skyline. The tickets were only $18 which we felt was extremely reasonable. And the parking near the park was very reasonable as well. Most places across the street were in the $2.50 to $5.00 range which puts you right next to the park. The prices on hot dogs, pretzels, pizza, funnel cakes, etc. are all reasonably priced as well. They really aren’t out to price gouge you. A regular beer is $6 and a 25 oz beer is $9. Again reasonable for sporting event pricing. So the entire experience is friendly on the wallet. They have mascots that make their way through the stadium and do an outstanding job interacting with the kids to keep them happy and occupied throughout the course of the game. They also shoot off fireworks after the Saturday night game. We unfortunately missed out as we left after the tenth inning. But other friends that have taken their kids say that they do a nice job with it. If you are taking people that need to stay out of the heat (it was 91 degrees when we got there) they also have some nice air conditioned areas where you can sit and eat and drink. I honestly don’t know the price for this but at least they do provide the option which is nice. It was a great first experience for us and we are happy to see that we now have another first rate place to take our guests when they are in town visiting. We highly recommend.Visited August 2014Traveled with friendsWritten August 24, 2014
- RN MCharlotte, North Carolina1 contributionBirthday Party reviewWe had my son's 10th birthday party at the stadium and he was so excited. On the web site, it states that they play "rain or shine" and Homer the dragon will visit the birthday child at his seat and the child will get to go on the field at the 4th inning for a birhday announcement. Well, it had rained some during the day, but during the party under the shelter, it wasn't raining at all. The young girls that ran the party mostly giggled and talked to each other and we had to ask several times for them to bring out the cake. The cake was frozen and disgusting. We went to our seats at 7:00 for a 7:15 start time and there were players warming up on the sidelines, but then they left. At 8:00, after sitting for an hour with 13 adults and kids, they announce that the game has been postponed to a later date, due to rain. It wasn't raining! We went to guest services, and we told that since we "ate the food"(hot dogs) already, NO refund would be offered. We paid $208.00 for my son's birthday party and had cold hot dogs, frozen cake and no game. HORRIBLE place to have a party, terrible policies in place. Unbelievable.Visited April 2013Traveled with familyWritten April 30, 2013

A beautiful stadium for our first ever baseball game. Excellent location / backdrop. Lots of food concessions. Highly recommended if you get the chance. This was due to be a night game, but was changed at short notice. As a result, a small attendance. Take care if it's a hot, sunny day = few of the seats are in shade. We ended up stood in the shade close to home plate.

Was an easy trip by metro to get to stadium. If you have kids under 12 download the app, and get a free dinner box for them! Very clean, but very pricey!

The ballpark is absolutely beautiful and the views of the city in the background are awesome. The park was very clean and staff friendly but the food and drink prices crazy high. There's really not a bad seat in the park but eat before you get here.

There are some gluten free foods available inside the stadium. In addition, there are some great gluten free options available nearby but outside the baseball stadium. B Good is one example.

The park is downtown and there are multiple restaurants in the area including Mellow Mushroom near the outfield. There are several pub/sports bars within a 3 block radius. Many higher end restaurants are also available.
