We have gone to the Morehead Planetarium many times and it's a new adventure every time. I love that they offer events other than just the standard daily events. We enjoy the Stargazing outings, as well.

This is the day for the lunar eclipse where the red moon comes out. The Morehead planitarium is having special shows for the event & at $9.50, it's a great deal! Beautiful building, nice store, & a rose garden out front.

What a great place for people of all ages. The seats are very comfortable, as is the atmosphere in the planetarium. This was a great experience.
