I’ve come here multiple times over the years to see concerts, movies and other performances. It’s good for couples, families with young children (areas to run and play) as well as teens who can have their space but still be comfortably close to family. Bring...More

I love that you can bring your own alcohol. The entire area is nice. I should know, I work right next door and share the same parking lot. The Chinese Lantern Show is a hit

This is well worth seeing. Thousands of lights showing lots of characters including one 200 foot long dragon. They hold a short "show" twice a night which features extremely talented performers.

This annual festival is one of the best christmas holiday light experiences ever. It is huge and the displays are beyond the imagination. The colors and themes used for the displays are wonderful. You walk thru the entire show and can be done in 1-2...More

This was a fabulous Chinese Lantern Festival. I have been to a couple of these festivals in Asia while traveling (Shanghai and Auckland) and this one measured up to them. You should choose a night with good weather to fully enjoy the festival. Plan on...More

It was a cold night, super crowded. The walkways are filled with families in what is a small area of land filled with impressive lights. But not that impressive.....There is one mainstage show that lasts 30 minutes and is repeated every hour on the half...More

We have been coming to Koka Booth Amphitheater for years and love the intimate setting. Always a good "seat" and love the food trucks that come.

I don’t think I’ll bother to come back. The place has a tiny parking lot, if that much. As if the outrageous ticket prices weren’t enough, you also have to pay to park... or park in the lots of nearish businesses. The BLT sandwich is...More

Lawn seats are best. Be sure and bring your own chairs. You can get very close to the stage at the side. We noticed the folks in reserved seats looked very crowded and had to stand the whole time to see over the ones in... More

I haven't been to Lantern Festival yet but knowing the area I would say you should be able to find seating intermittently between lanterns.
