- cynthiastephens20201 contributionExceptional Experience! My experience in this class was exceptional! I enjoyed every moment of the learning process. I truly enjoyed developing skills in making different types of desserts. Chef Wynton was very patient as he demonstrated his knowledge and expertise.Visited January 2020Written February 10, 2020
- Christine Gordon1 contributionExcellent Summer CampsChef Wynton’s summer camps were absolutely perfect for my middle school daughter. After taking one, she begged us to sign her up for 3 more! She really liked that Chef Wynton made the classes fun, but not simple. He didn’t talk down to the kids but explained the intricacies of making pastries, pastas, egg rolls, soups, sauces, etc. He even taught them how to break down a chicken in the boot camp class!! It is real cooking!! In the boot camps, the kids would learn how to cook 4 new recipes per day and did so using professional equipment. Learning to cook well can really enhance your life and Chef Wynton gave my daughter more than an excellent start in learning this essential life skill. There are more camps that she wants to try next Summer— like an Around the World camp where you learn about the food of different countries and learn to make some dishes. Highly recommend!!Visited August 2020Traveled with familyWritten August 11, 2020
- kristine fRaleigh, North Carolina72 contributionsGreat experience & a Tasty Meal!My husband and I took a class for the first time. It was a gift. It is located in a strip mall attached to a Walmart. Once inside, this wonderful little cafe and teaching kitchen welcomes you. We took a Thai class. There was a lot of banter going around, especially once people warmed up to each other. The class wasn't big, but we were all assigned separate duties to keep progress going on the meal. We were given the recipes later so that was helpful. The meal itself was easy to make and really so tasty it was "restaurant" worthy. The gem of the kitchen was Chef Wynton. He was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and made everything so enjoyable. This was truly a great experience. Kids and novices would really do great in his classes. We are looking forward to signing up for another class but his classes sell out quickly! He informed us he is expanding his space soon, so hopefully that means more access to more classes!Visited January 2022Written January 15, 2022

My daughter had so much fun, and the whole environment was friendly and supportive the whole time. The place also has a coffee shop in-house, so you can hang out and sip a coffee before you pick up your kid from camp if you’d like.Visited July 2021Traveled with familyWritten July 23, 2021

- Caroline G1 contributionThumbs up for 2023 pastry camp!My daughter, 13, attended the pastry camp this past week. She absolutely loved it. Unlike other cooking camps where the kids bring home their products, and I, as a parent, am scared to try out the foods, I can attest that the food products were definitely worth of consumption! And the portions that were sent home with the kids was phenomenal. Thanks for a great experience!Visited August 2023Traveled with familyWritten August 11, 2023

Fun Valentine date night cooking paella! Chef Wynton taught me what I've been doing wrong all the previous times I've tried to make this dish. Had a wonderful time cooking with my husband, eating great food, and meeting lovely people. Would definitely do this again!

This was a fun and rewarding event for our team to work towards the same goal together and all win (eating a delicious meal) together! I can see this being a valuable experience for many different groups. Chef Wynton is patient, well spoken, very likeable, and a great teacher. All around this was a fabulous event.
