While I have used the excellent athletic facilities at Bond Park for many years, recently I took my two-year old grandson for a morning outing. I had expected to go to the kids playground for the slides and swings but stopped by the lake first. Boy, am I glad I did. The facilities are really nice. My grandson enjoyed walking... More

I happened to check out this park on Independence Day. What fun! Activities galore! I got in on a water balloon toss and then went peddle boating. I even convinced one of the staff to accompany me on the boat as I was feeling unsure about it. I then went on a great hike on a nice forested path. Thanks!

We enjoy this park on a daily basis. The trail around the lake is about 2 miles and is rough in some parts, so not good for strollers. I wish more people would follow the leash law and not let their dogs off leash! There are a lot of Pokemon Go stops along the trail. When special events do not... More

It is the first time we visited the park. We rent a boat for $6. We enjoyed the quiet lake and clean facility. We also picnic in the park and walked in the woods. We definitely will return.

We have been here twice since discovering this scenic park set in Cary. It is the intersection of several biking paths as well as walking paths. My wife & I enjoyed the walk around the lake but it does have some rough patches around it. Nice marina where you can rent small boats or sit and watch others paddling around... More

We live walking distance from Bond park. The play ground is fun and clean. The lake is a good place to fish with the kids. There are several trails to run and bike on. It's quiet and a good place to enjoy nature.

First of all, the cover picture is NOT Bond Park, but is actually Cary's Booth Amphitheater. But at Bond Park, there is a lot of various activities to do; there is boating (paddle boating, kayaking, etc.), sports, and other events. I've been in the area for all my life, and now that I've been here all these years, the excitement... More

We visit Bond Park pretty frequently for various reasons- its a short run from the local YMCA, and the shaded trails are wonderful for a run or a nice walk. For me this is Bond Park's strongest asset. Occasionally the kids will want to go feed the ducks at the pond, visit the playground, or throw around on a ball... More

I like various water activities. I didn't know. At $6 a pop for most boat rentals, it is a steal. We have kayaked and canoed. There are also paddleboats, sail boats, row boats (with trolling motor extra I think). You can fish or fly a kite. There is a playground. Shelter rentals. So much to do here. It is mostly... More
