Looking for a yoga/ dance studio with variety : this is the place with excellent teachers and a great atmosphere !
Just check the class schedule on the web site and pick your class. Easy access and parking. There is something for all levels.

So many choices: zumba, shag dance, low impact exercise. Morning and evening classes. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Close to where we live.

Highly recommend classes at this exceptional studio!!! The yoga classes are accessible to all levels. The studio has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owner Nancy is super knowledgeable with her years of experience in dance and yoga. There is no other studio like Movement Works in Brunswick County!…

I've taken several yoga classes over the years and nothing compares to Nancy's yoga classes. She combines aromatherapy along with the experience and it is absolutely a treat. She provides modifications for beginners and advanced yogis. Newcomes to yoga should not be afraid to take her class! In addition to yoga, I have also taken many pilates classes and zumba classes. I enjoy the fact that she has many fitness options available.…

I love the yoga classes at Movement Works. Nancy, the owner, taught dance in NYC for over ten years, and returned to Brunswick County to open this fabulous dance, yoga, pilates - wellness studio. Her yoga teachers are some of the best in the area. The 8:30 a.m. Wednesday yoga class is taught by a physical therapist, which is an added bonus. Nancy's gentle class on Wednesday night is one of the best.…
