Customer experience was excellent. The course was properly taken care of, the greens were tight and right, and so were the fairways.

No one is wearing a mask and there is no antiseptic treatment of the carts. The starter even gave us a lecture about how the virus is really no threat. Course is cheap though sand traps have not been maintained.

From the moment you dropped your clubs off at bag drop, to the pro shop and snack bar, very friendly, professional and hospitable staff! We played yesterday, Feb. 23rd, and the course like most is so saturated. It was cart path, but no one had to wait , played very smoothly and about as quick as being off cart path. We played West-North courses, beautiful holes and each one seemed different and challenging. Some fairways were pretty narrow, the greens were in great shape for all the rain they have had . Make sure you wear black clothes and don’t forget your sand wedge . The bag drop explained the highs and lows of the two courses, both different. Highs were, couple holes ran along the inter coastal and parallel to Oyster Bay, lows were couple really long par 5’s, we did see one gator. Just like when we started , they thanked us for coming and playing their course, great customer service and we will definitely play The Pearl again even if it is cart path it is still worth playing.

Played the West Course today on advice from locals. Had never played the West course, but did play the East course a few years ago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Front nine was very good until you got to 7,8 & 9. Soggy conditions due to the recent rains. Back nine was the best, It was a warm sunny fall day. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenery. The birds, butterflies and flowers made it all worth while. A super value! Great company, thanks Dan from DC. My wife would love to return.

Our golfing group came to Myrtle Beach and played 7 courses in 7 days and Pearl (East Course) was one of the week's highlights! From the welcoming reception at the bag drop and pro shop to the friendly instructions from the starter, the course was definitely user-friendly. The fairways were forgiving enough for the average golfer, the greens were fast but true and the course was in great shape. There was enough water, sand and trees to make it interesting, but not overly stressful! I would surely return there again!
