Round of Golf

Nice course that is in very good condition now. The greens are in particularly great shape. Nice pace of play, reasonably priced, and they have a par 6 finishing hole. Enjoy.

The course was perfect! What a place to play! The Bermuda greens were some of the best we've played since we've been coming to Sunset Beach. The Staff from when we pulled in to when we left we felt very well taken care of. We loved the way they take good care of kids 16 years old and younger. They... More

I played as a single on a hot afternoon and was treated well by staff. The grill attendant was the happiest person I met that day but every one was friendly and helpful. Rain interrupted my round but I was allowed to continue once it was clear. Great to play on grass fairways and putt on medium fast greens. The... More

Visit the area every year around this time and have always looked forward to playing here, very disappointed this year. Greens have always been among the best in the area, this year they are in bad shape. Mostly dirt. Sand traps are like concrete. Suggest you check out restoration progress before playing here.

I really liked this course. I thought it was in good condition. Not a difficult course but there were a lot of carefully placed shots. Greens were not super fast. Fairways were nice. A few bare spots here and there but not enough to say I would never play again. Cart girl was very nice. We had a few hotdogs... More

This course is in immaculate shape and plays partially in North Carolina and partially in South Carolina. It's signature hole is a 679 yd, par 6 which plays around a water hazard and over bunkers protecting the green. Par here is exceptional, I carded a bogey and was pleased. Their clubhouse is architecturally pleasing and very well appointed and fully-stocked.

Pretty dry and greens were FAST! Bunkers in great shape. Staff very kind and friendly. Pretty breezy during the round which made it a bit more challenging than the course may typically be. Would play again! Fun crossing the NC/SC state border a few times as well!

Not sure I have ever seen such a miss managed a customer unfriendly operation. Our group of 12 checked in for a 1:30 pm tee time and did not get off until 2:45 pm. Seems an unscheduled group of 32 in the morning caused the issues. There were no carts and those who had paid for a replay were not... More

Terrible experience today. Our 1:34 teatime was pushed out an hour and 20 minute increments by the starter. He let repeats go through before people with scheduled tee times. Didn't have enough cards available and play was extremely slow. Almost a six hour round.

The course was in decent shape. Quite a bit of water and sand to keep things interesting. Easy access from Wilmington area where we came from for the day. Picked it because of the bucket list aspect of playing holes in both North and South Carolina. That is fun and all golfers loving being able to have a good story... More
