Shawn G I've done many trips on the Nantahala when family and friend come to visit and have used many outfitters.....Wildwater is definitely the best experience from start to finish. Moon, Dillon and the other guides where out of this world.

First time white water rafting and picked the right place to do it. Our guide, Tiffany, was great...as was the rest of our group. The trip down river had just the right amount of thrills, calm, and laughter. Highly recommend!

My husband is 71 and sounds like he's in about the same physical condition. I wouldn't try it with him. We did the Jeep tour instead.

When we were there in August, we wore swimsuits with long sleeved swim shorts and shorts. Be sure to take water shoes, or if you have scuba booties, those would be better as the water is a constant 48 degrees!
