Small local community store with lots of local flavor! Baked goods and pot pies were absolutely wonderful! Has everything you could need for a yummy stock up for a long weekend. Also has organic meats, meals, & freshly made canned goods. Incredible selection of ice cream.

I wanted to buy everything! Fresh baked pastries, cheeses, jellies, eggs, prepared meals. I wish everything wasn’t so expensive but I have no buyers remorse.

I have been coming up to this area for years. Whistle stop is my favorite produce stand. Not only do they have the freshest local produce, they also have fresh cream, local honey, breads, wine, and more. The staff is friendly and informative as well. I look forward to my stop here every year.

If you love great food this is the place to stop. We happened on this tiny market by accident and pulling over was the best thing we did all day! The fresh veggie displays are full of color. You want to eat everything! We bought a steak and it was perfect! We loaded up on so many unnecessary things because it was all so beautiful. I could move here solely for this market. I love food and cooking so browsing was fun! We happened on a wine tasting too. We even got a few bottles of wine! I was so happy to get to our vacation place and cook all the beautiful food we got at the Whistlestop. This place is a landmark in the area!

Produce is sometimes less expensive than grocery store. Always fresh. Also has wine section and bulk spice so you can buy a teaspoon full if you want for a special recipe.

Fruits and vegetables looked old, rotten and dried up. Do not recommend. Very little vegetables and no where near what the description says.

No Expiration dates on Food means they sell stale and spoiled food. Pick up a dairy item or baked good and you won’t see any dates. Not safe. Not good.

Funny, this was listed as #9 of the Top Things to do in Brevard so my wife and I decided to check it out. It's a wonderful market filled with lots of fresh produce. There are two indoor sections, one with lots of specialty packaged goods and some frozen and refridegerated items, fresh breads, etc. The other section has fresh spices, grains, Honey, etc and a rather large selection of local wines. It was fun to stop in and when we told the clerk at the counter "did you now you are rated the number 9th thing to do while in Brevard" she laughed and said "well I guess that just means there is not much to do in Brevard". But she was only kidding and we all had a nice laugh. We are glad we stopped and bought a few things and will stop by again next time we are in Brevard.
