As soon as I checked in the hotel we went directly to this pub. Sadly kitchen was closing but we enjoyed several kinds of beer. Besides, there was a group of people playing folk music. IPA was so good I bought a pack which I enjoyed back in my country.

This was the best brewery we visited in the Boone area. Relaxed and family friendly with great beers, ciders, and seltzer. They have a lot of different IPA options and other styles from a lager to A wheat and a stout. They also have freshly made wood fired pizza from the resident solar powered food truck on-site. Bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. Great place!!

We have been to Appalachian Mountain Brewery many times. We've been in the summer and winter. The brews and ciders are excellent. Service is great and the bar tenders are knowledgeable. We always enjoy our evening at this dog-friendly brewery.

In my opinion the beer was very good. They had a variety of styles but I am an IPA guy so that is always my focus. AMB had at least 3 different IPA on draft. They sell flights and give free samples if you are unsure or want to try several of their brews. They also have $3 pints on Mondays. There are several beers in cans for take out also.

Parking here is a challenge. Not sure if there are more spaces across the street but there are apartments there so i wouldn't take the chance of getting a ticket (or worse)

The only food here are chips or a pizza truck but I gotta admit that truck makes a killer pizza so I was pleasantly surprised.

Definitely come here, relax and try some really good local brews!

Must visit when we are in Boone. Great beer (and seltzer now!) with a wonderful outdoor area. Im not a cider fan so I can’t comment on that. I’m not sure why other reviews have felt unwelcome because it feels like a really casual spot to me! Dogs, kids, all welcome. The parking is not great but we had no trouble finding a spot for July 4th weekend. May be worse during the school year.

The beer was average but the pizza looked fantastic! (too bad we had just had lunch in Blowing Rock!). This is in a college town so has a young crowd.

Beer was good, but service lacks some friendly faces. Place is kinda hard to get to and parking is not good. But if you like beer, stop, drink and be gone.

We visited on a Friday afternoon to grab a couple of pints before dinner. The place is hard to find and parking is difficult. The owners really need to look into expanding. Upon entering the establishment, couldn't help but feel unwelcomed. I felt like we were intruding a private event. The vibe was definitely if you are not a regular, then drink your beer, and be on your way.

Friendly people, great outdoor setup, a delicious food truck (Farm to Fire) with great gluten free pizza! We will definitely be back!

The beer is very good, excellent selection and somewhere around 12 on tap. Service was quick and friendly. Outside seating with good distancing and follows all the COVID guidelines. Outside seating is pretty big but you won’t notice that until you get inside. Very pet friendly too!
