I went to Doc's on my way out of town because I saw they had coffee. I was immediately greeted by Blaise who made me a delicious latte, and also offered to show me around the shop. Though it wasn't why I was there, I...More

There are a lot of great things about this place: convenient location right alongside 321; buckets of dirt seeded with a nice variety of stones; an indoor sluice so you can "mine" out of the cold and rain if the weather turns bad. But the...More

Wonderful place to and great place for all ages to gem. Staff was great and very informative about all the rocks and the surrounding area from where the rocks are brought in from. For the price you can't beat this!

Blaise was extremely helpful with showing me the location of all things dinosaur and I got to over hear her knowledge of all the minerals a couple found in their bucket. Very impressed with her customer interaction skills. Will be visiting again to learn more!

We had a great visit together at Doc’s. Fun sifting through the gravel to find our gems and Blaise gave us lots of details and info about what we found. She was fun too!

Loved it! Panned for gemstones and minerals and then Erick identified what we had found. Blaise and Erick were great and made our visit fun. Even learned some new things about gems.
