Our zipline adventure with Navita was everything we could have expected and more. We did the Mountain Top zipline tour that consisted of 4 ziplines and some light hiking. The 2.5 hour tour was made even better by our amazing guides; Jay, John and Spice, who brought their funny jokes and expert knowledge of the Ashville mountains to life. It was well worth the price of admission, and they quickly make pictures available to you for an low cost. We will absolutely go back to Navita next time we are in town for their other adventure offerings! One additional thing that would be great is to have some sort of tiki bar at the end for a post zip drink. And a potential name could be Zip N' Sip (shout out Jay and Spice!!).

Sydney and Tate were absolutely amazing. I had two people in my group of four who were there for a first time experience. They were very nice and also very conversational. The hikes along the way between each zipline are always full of cool information about the woods and history. Also, we would highly recommend a fourth zip platform on the treetop adventure. The zip lining course right now that has three main zip lines is amazing however if there was a zipline from the third platform down to the parking lot basically that would be amazing! The cost of going out on the zipline adventure is absolutely worth it. I should say also for anybody else who does this adventure, based on your guides effort and your experience I highly recommend you tip your guides appropriately. I left them as much cash as I had which was $60 and they honestly deserved more. These people are outside all day and work extremely hard to make sure that your experience is unique and individualized. I recommend this to people from out of town and especially to locals. It's a great adventure if you live locally and surely beats going into downtown Asheville where every other tourist is at. Thanks again Sydney and Tate, great job and keep up the hard work.

Alex and Brinkley were wonderful guides and made our experience something truly to remember. They were funny, charismatic, and extremely brave. Zipping from mountain top to mountain top at fast speeds and hundreds of feet up in the air me and my mother had a blast and were able to really connect. The scenery is absolutely stunning and Alex is very knowledgeable about the mountains and it’s surroundings. Zip lining can be a little unnerving at times but Brinkleys immaculate dad jokes and bright humor brought comfort to both me and my mom. I highly recommend giving Navitat a whirl and if you do I would recommend requesting Alex and Brinkley as your tour guides.

We did the mountain top tour at night and it was the most breathtaking experience!

The guides, River and Cole were safety conscious, knowledgeable and so funny. Even our driver, Jesse, was welcoming and never without a smile on his face.

Whether you’ve been to Navitat before or not, zipping at night is an absolute must. The first zip passes through the canopy just in time to catch a fiery sunset.

Our second zip was the most perfect twilight ride - the softer pinks and oranges in the sky highlighted the Blue Ridge mountains as they were meant to be enjoyed.

Finally, the third zip sent us speeding under the starlit sky for the most euphoric ending. The fireflies helped to spot the landscape, instilling a sense of child like wonder and awe for everyone in our group.

The experience was absolutely priceless, and I’d highly recommend for anyone living in or visiting the area. The deep appreciation you build for this special place by seeing it from a new perspective is unmatched. I hope you go!

Three of us went on a girls trip to Asheville for the weekend and added ziplining to our agenda. Only one of us had ziplined before so for two of us it was a new experience. The company was super great about highlighting all their safety features. Emma assisted me in to my harness (and I am not a small girl) and was super friendly and Sam, our van driver, was also very helpful but our two guides (Ethan and Donovan) were the BOMB! They kept our group of 8 moving nicely throughout the course, answered all our questions, and were just all in all great guides. The company is located about 35 minutes away from our hotel in Asheville and was well marked with signs. We were required to wear masks in all the indoor spaces but not the outdoor ones. We went at 11 a.m. and got back around 1:30 p.m. It was a nice temperature on the course. I wore my sun glasses but probably didn't need to. I purchased an around the neck cell phone holder ($5) so I could take pictures of my own on the way. Donavon took pictures as well and you can purchase individual pictures or all the photos for $35 (which to me was the better deal). We wore workout pants, sneakers (you have to have closed toe shoes), and a long sleeve top. You have to wear a helmet so be mindful of high pony tails. Low (nape of the neck pony tails are best). You can put the helmet over a ball cap (one of our group did that). It is customary to tip your guides and we went with $10/pp in our group. I liked that all the guides had Venmo accounts. That made tipping easy. They do have tipping envelopes in the office for anyone with cash. The only thing that would have made our experience was a food truck on the premise (maybe Tacos?). We were hungry after our adventure and would have hung around and played some of their outdoor games and enjoyed a little more time there.

My daughter (12) and I went on the tree top tour 0n 4/05. We arrived for our 10:30 adventure with plenty of time to spare. Signs on the interstate easily directed us to the site. Check-in was easy as we had completed the required paperwork before hand and just needed to be weighed and COVID checked. From a safety perspective, I was very pleased with the process and help of all the staff. They were very clear on what to do and not to do. (Just hang on tight for the most thrilling part - the 4 wheel drive van ride up the very step access road to the first platform.

Zax was our guide and was exceptional from a instructional perspective and his knowledge of nature between the Zip platforms (More on that later) was good

The Zipping consisted of 3 different length lines where you walked between them on trails. The second zip was outstanding and long.

So the walk between them was interesting. It was a slow deliberate hike (usually around 0.25 miles). The guide would stop and tell you about rotting logs, poison ivy, tree inclusion by self pruning, and a variety other topics all designed to make the walk take longer because the next group ahead of you were on the next platform and if you were to go straight there, you would be waiting on them longer had Zax not imparted his Naturic wisdom on us : ). My really only complaint is that the groups are scheduled too close together. I realize this is done to maximize the zip lines but Navitat needs to review the time spacing to better enhance customer experience and reduce the wait times at each platform. For example, our group had just started Zipping on the first line when the next group approached the platform and had to wait.

No other complaints other than waiting. It was well worth the $100 per person spend. Kudus to the Navitat team. Everyone we encountered was EXTREMELY friendly and conversational. I would have rated it exceptional but the wait time could have been managed better.

We couldn't have asked for a better zipline experience than the day we spent with Navitat! Zeke is friendly, funny, and encouraging! Emerson was helpful and knowledgeable. And we felt very safe and well cared for by Teresa! What a wonderful group of people ready to ensure my nervous and adventurous family felt secure and comfortable. And the views! You can't beat the views! We definitely recommend this experience and will certainly be back! I'm interested in the trying the night zipline experience!

May 20th at 11:10am in 2023 me and the three others in my group joined with six other people to navitat's mountain top zip tour. Our guide John lead the way for the group. Each of the zips where great with a good length so you had time to feel the thrill of being up in the mountains with only wind and trees flying by you. The harness felt very secure and there was never any moment where I felt unsafe. They were busy that day with a lot of other groups zipping. However credit to our guide John who did a great job. Instead of simply taking us Straight to each zip, he would take time to point out various plants and trees and share a number of very interesting facts and information about them. I was surprised at how much knowledge he knew and was able to share with the group keeping things engaging all the way through. I really appreciated how he was attentive to the group as during one of the somewhat harder hiking sections going uphill we had one member of the group struggling a bit. John noticed this and took time to give us some breaks up the trail by sharing his knowledge without ever making the person who struggled feel like less of a person. John could have simply focused on His work but instead made things fun and informative for the whole group. If you haven't been definitely go give it a try, it is worth the money and you will make great memories. The staff was all helpful and friendly which in my opinion adds to the positive experience we all had.

Our family of 4 did the mountain top tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Felt very safe the whole time. The views were breathtaking. It was a very well operated business and the whole process went very smoothly from booking and then check-in and through the adventure. Our tour guide, Zax, did a great job of trying to connect with our group and on the walks in between the zips he gave info on plants, trees, zips, etc. All 4 of us, ages 12-43, enjoyed it and would recommend zipping with Navitat!

We had such an amazing time at Navitat!! We had a large group of 10 and they were accommodating and lovely. A member of our group was on crutches and got to ride along on the ATV with JC and loved his commentary. The rest of us were kept entertained by Lyn and Gus, and we learned so much! Highly recommend this even for first time zippers, and the crew made us all feel comfortable and safe the whole time
