Located just 20 minutes north of downtown Asheville, North Carolina, Navitat Canopy Adventures is the area's premier tree-based zipline company. Called "one of the best in the nation" in USA TODAY, featured by the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Outside Magazine, and more, Navitat operates tours daily from mid-March through November each year. Designed by Bonsai Design, Inc., the leader in US canopy tour design and construction, Navitat Asheville features two world-class tree-based adventures. The Moody Cove Adventure is an immersive and exciting adventure traveling from treetop to treetop that includes six ziplines, two skybridges, a spiral tree staircase, a rappel, and three short, scenic hikes. The Blue Ridge Experience is a massive mountaintop zipline experience with three huge side-by-side ziplines, the longest of which stretches nearly three-quarters of a mile and is 350-feet above the forest floor. Those seeking real adventure (and great savings) should choose Navitat's Ultimate Adventure Package to experience BOTH tours in one action-packed day and save 15%.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here while visiting the Asheville area. It was about 20 minutes from Asheville. We picked the Blue Ridge experience for two reasons. The first reason we chose it was so we could zipline next to each other....More

Did the 3 zipline tour on Wednesday May 31st. Well run organization – from check in to the time we left. The guides were knowledgeable and very helpful. The only down side was that the ziplines weren’t long enough.

While in Asheville we decided to try zip lining. Navitat was recommended by a friend. They did not disappoint. We did the Blue Ridge experience which included 3 different zip lines. I believe our guide was named Cory. He was great. Along the way to...More

What better way to experience the mountains than hiking through the woods, crossing suspended bridges and zipping at 40 miles an hour above the tree line? Moody Cove was an exciting adventure for all of us. In addition our guides educated us about the local...More

My husband and I truly enjoyed this excursion. We did our research based solely on information provided on the Navitat website. My husband is afraid of heights and he still had a blast. The most terrifying part was the snake we encountered (at least for...More

I was terrified to go zip lining. I am not a thrill seeker and don't love heights either, but my son wanted to go. Kevin, our guide, was fantastic. He was interactive with the kids (he and my son talked about Boy Scouts and he...More

We did Blue Ridge, which is a series of three zips and four hikes, higher, faster and longer than Moody Cove, which I believe is a series of about six zips plus ropes course and rappelling. I'm sure it's amazing too. Have... More

The Blue Ridge is steeper and the Moody Cove does seem a little lower. It was mine and my 15 year olds first time as well, but we had a blast. The staff made us feel extremely comfortable and safe at all times. If you have... More

I believe Navitat is a great value. Answering whether your kids will enjoy it more or less than a day in Disney is based on what your kids enjoy. If they like outdoor activities and safely hanging from a cable while moving... More
