Edge of the World did the impossible! They proved to me that not only could everyone in our family be happy at the SAME time, but they captured all the smiles in a picture as evidence! Lunch was delicious and we will forever remember the "pitscuits". The tour guides are AMAZING, efficient, knowledgeable, and very well trained. Now my 12... More

Great for smaller children and adults for their first White water rafting trip. Very safe, lots of laughs. Weather was perfect this past week to do it. They feed you, get you drinks and really take care of everything. All the guys were great with lots of comedy and fun.

We took our 15 year old daughter whom did not want to try this- we had to promise her she would be safe- our son is 12 it was his idea. It was a wonderful afternoon. We all felt very safe on the adventure. Such a nice way to see the mountains we had no technology with us. We unplugged... More

We spent 2 1/2 great days with these great people in mid July. My family of 6 loved both the whitewater experience on the Watuaga despite the frigid water temps, and cannot wait to go again. In addition my wife and one of my children loved the rappelling and rock climbing expedition to The Wilson Wilderness Region, Jake and Brian... More

We had a great experience rafting with Edge of the World - 4 adults and 4 kids ages 10-14. Everything from the bus ride to lunch and the rafting was a lot of fun. We would highly recommend it!

Six adults ranging from the age of 25 to 65 embarked on a six hour journey with Edge of the World. We were initially very excited based on the reviews that we read on this very site. However, that quickly changed. We arrive promptly at 11 o'clock, the time that the trip was to begin, however; the trip didn't start... More

What a fun way to spend the day with the family. The trip started off funny on the steps as we were doing our briefing, and the comedy never stopped. The bus ride was about 45 minutes or so to Elizabethton, TN, and our guides Jake and Richey were very entertaining. Once we got to the launch spot where the... More

Just me and my husband went and it was okay the river guides are very comedic with big personality but very serious when needed they jumped in rafts and rescued flipped kayaks and people falling out that weren't even with our group ... The lunch wasn't special ... Only one fun rapid the rest you mostly just float but would... More
