My friends and I had a great time on our trip, but there are few things to mention…do not be afraid to get wet and it’s cold water. The trip is more of a float trip with water guns and buckets, my kids would’ve loved it. The lunch is so, so and you must pee in the woods, but if you have Mark as your guide, he can identify the poison ivy for you. The bus ride entertainment is a highlight. The staff makes corny jokes and plays fun music. Mark was our guide and entertained our group. Most of the comments were at my expense, so my friends thought he was highly entertaining. Like with every new experience, go in with a good attitude, don’t worry about how you look in your selfie, don’t take anything too seriously, and you will create a fantastic memory. Randolph

They do a great job, Evan / our guide was able to quickly understand the dynamics of all of us -- joking with us while also managing the boat and making sure we were safe (although not heavy rapids) at all times.

I've gone whitewater rafting all over the southeast - this was the worst. It started with us getting partnered with a family that "did not want to get wet". They were 5 and we were 3. During the water gun fights, the mom and daughter literally screamed at another boat (plus my daughter and I) for squirting water. The guide obviously didn't know how to handle the dichotomy -- he just obeyed everything that family told them, keeping us away from the other boats, keeping us out of fun rapids, and basically ruining my wife's and daughter's first time whitewater rafting. We felt like a bunch of kids on the outside looking at everyone having a good time and my boat kept paddling AWAY from everyone with the guide gladly keeping us away. Total waste of money. If I had signed up for another company, we could at least have gone on the large rapids repeatedly even with other groups. This company doesn't do that. Such a letdown.
