We loved our visit there even with the cold. It is really clear that they have a huge respect for animals there and that they do great work, with passion! Every person of the staff there was nice and we learned a lot from them!...More

Was a bit freaky as to how close you are to the animals. Especially the wolves. They began howling as soon as we got out of the car. Honestly that was a bit intimidating. You should definitely check it out.

This was my first visit... keep in mind that there was quiet a bit of snow on the ground and a little on the cold and windy side so we moved through quickly. I did enjoy the visit. The wolves were pretty cool to watch,...More

We visited here in late December with our 2 children. It was a snowy day and just beautiful. The animals were great and the guy in charge was very nice and informative. We had a great time!

Only thing I would change is having it snow when we were there so the wolves could be in their element.

All sorts of cool animals. Owls, Eagles, Foxes, Wolves, and a lot of various other wild animals that we would never get a chance to see up close and personal otherwise. Amazed out how close a relationship Alex had with the wolves. They really love...More

Very interesting and informative. This place provides a great service, rehabilitating injured animals so they can be released back into the wild. Or in some cases where that isn't possible , caring for them for the rest of their lives. I learned so much in...More

Interesting people, doing good work. Well worth a visit. Free to all. Knowledgeable volunteers and Steve and Wendy will inform you and update you on the Refuge and the wild guests and residing at the facility for Rehab or protected living.

AS long as the dog is not aggressive, and you have full control over it, you're fine. It's hard to predict which dogs the wolves will like, as they respond to smell and demeanor, so the only drawback is that if the wolves... More
